@@TropikDesigns I agree but I have a doubt, why do you think American skyscrapers look much better compared to decently built Indian commercial buildings. I know height imaprts a curiosity but it has a charm on its own
@@azarudeenabdulkhader7935 There are several factors, my friend. Different countries, cities, people and entities apply the concept of 'good design' in different ways. Another aspect is that, many of the more advanced economies - such as the USA - in addition to focusing on individual building design, do also put emphasis on urban design, streetscape, landscape, etc in their cities, which all would have an impact on the aesthetics of buildings built there. Thank you. This is a question I had answered previously. If a house has to be built using similar specifications then the per sqft rate would be well over Rs 3000. As I keep repeating, the house costs are based on (1) the total area of the house, and (2) the specifications and inclusions included in the house. മേൽക്കൂര ഉള്ള courtyard ആണെങ്കിൽ അത് sqft കണക്കിൽ കൂട്ടേണ്ടതാണ് ...courtyard ഒരു സൈഡിൽ കൊടുത്ത്കൊണ്ട് sqft കണക്കിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കാനും ശ്രമിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. Double height ഉള്ള ഒരു space അത് രണ്ടു പ്രാവശ്യം sqft calculations-ഇൽ കൂട്ടുകയില്ല ...പക്ഷെ ഇടയ്ക്കു mezzanine floor, bridges തുടങ്ങിയ construction വരുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ആ ഭാഗങ്ങൾ രണ്ടു തവണ sqft-ഇൽ ഉൾപെടുത്തേണ്ടി വന്നേക്കാം. If a house with similar specs is to be built now, one should be looking at Rs3,500/sqft. Obviously, the specs can be adjusted to fit the needs and budget of the client.
We don't need to mix tropical Kerala model with colonial, because Kerala model itself is colonial, sir.

The plastered parts of the compound wall is painted using white coloured weatherproof exterior paint whereas the random rubble (stone) part is painted using PU Clear stone coat with a hint of black colour added to it. Hope this answers your question. Regards.
