    I have seen every episode no less than 50 times since I was a 5 year old kid growing up in Brooklyn. I know every line and joke, but I still laugh out loud. This was true comedy at its best. Thank you Jackie

      I have been watching The Honeymooners since I was a teenager and Junior high School New York City back in the seventies I also used to watch I Love Lucy The Andy Griffith show Gilligan's Island My Three sons My Little Margie oh I can go on and on I remember these programs back when I was 10 11 years old wow and the old western shows The rifleman Bonanza Big valley tombstone territory oh my goodness those days are gone but the shows live on.

    I’ve introduced my 22-year old son (home from college) to The Honeymooners and he’s hooked. Understandable. It’s timelessly funny.

      @frozen gamer the only one that got royalties was Audrey Meadows because she had brothers who were lawyers and made sure it was put in her contract that she was to get royalties even though she married a millionaire and Joyce Randolph married a rich man the day before the first episode of the show aired they were both well off marrying rich men but I love this show Jackie Gleason was truly talented and DEFINITELY THE GREAT ONE

    One of my favorite episodes of one of my favorite television sitcoms. I initially seen this show on television as a child in the Early 1990's. My dad was just a baby when the final episode first aired and my mom was yet to be born. Rest in peace all the departed cast and crew of this show.

      @@kingeris1657 All In The Family still retains staying power. I had an elderly friend who absolutely loved it (he's since passed away). He would almost fall off his chair laughing at Archie. Nothing is funny anymore. It's like a lot of people don't have a sense of humor or else are so caught up with politics, as you say that they've forgotten what "funny" is .

      Ive been watching episodes since 1956, that’s right. I’m 77 and grew up on the H-mooners. When it first aired. My older brother my dad and I would gather at the TV and laugh our butts off. My father laughed so hard his face turned red. We all thought he would have a stroke from cracking up. I still watch episodes with my 80-year-old brother.

      @@joelweisberg Great show! I used to watch it with my brother 11PM every weeknight. Used to prefer it to the 11 o'clock news. One of my favorite lines from one of the "lost" episodes, Ralph walks into the apartment Alice's mother is there and she says "Hi Ralph" while she's back to him. Ralph says, "How did you know it was me?" She comes back, "I could feel the floor sag!" Still cracks me up!🤣

    I remember being in high school in the 80s. I would watch the reruns every night. My classmates and I would.
    talk about some of the best lines from the honeymooners. Our teacher, who was a Nun, laughed along with us because she watched the same episodes when she was younger. 40 years later, IT'S STILL FUNNY!!!! and timeless. 🤣🤣🤣

      What's really amazing is that sometimes you wonder which parts of the script were intentional or mistakes, which still turned out funny. Gleason was well known to adlib. For example, the line when Ralph said "The horse with a stomach In its clock". That was BRILLIANT!

      The Bang Zooms were improvised by Gleason..they were not in the script..He was amazingly funny and creative...A few scenes were improvised..the scene where Norton says "Call me Eduardo" was improvised..he was supposed to say Ed...lol..

    Trixy just left us-age 99. I watched the original shows in the 1950's. I just watched this episode and now I'm going to watch more. BTW, Trixy was quoted in the news of her passing that she believed the show was successful because it was funny and clean, or words to that effect.

    Wow, I remember watching this show as a kid. The show is much older than me, but it was on some cable station and fell in love , especially the show with Ralph and Ed dancing to the Huckerbuck song, my favorite episode 😊

      Sad offstage none of them did get along...esp Art and Jackie...but one thing I read in Audrey's book Jackie always treated the cast and everyone else White Castles. He ordered from one which was in the upper West 90's...

    I was 8 years old when I watched this with my Mother at my Aunt's house who lived down the street...we didn't have a t.v. at that time and would go to her house to watch our favorite shows, Dragnet, The Honeymooners, Father Knows Best, etc. I can almost smell the bowl of candy on my Aunt's coffee table. I am now 77, and it brings back the memories and 'smells.'
