He is much more of a threat than Mecha and honestly deserves that spot way better. Metal Sonic is literally Eggman’s right hand man and you could honestly do so much more with him than Mecha. Metal not only has his base form, but he also has Neo, Super Neo, Metal Madness/Metal Overlord/Master Overlord. Not only that he is literally the only Eggman robot that has become Sonic’s equal.
