I wrote Group 1 this attempt. As you said sir, students need to focus on getting conceptual clarity from ICAI material, rather than trying to learn by solving many questions and trying to predict which question from which topic is going to come. I found this to be true especially in audit paper sir. As you said, this time the questions very entirely new and were not rotated. Personally I found the paper challenging, yet very manageable and enjoyable, if one was thorough with the concepts. I think I wrote a very solid audit paper. Thank you for guiding us about how to modify the approach for preparation. I will now proceed to study for Group 2 with a new perspective. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Is this requirement of economy or industry, 1 to 1.5 hours out of three hours are wasting our time, and may be some of students do not want trust on guidence from CA classess as no any article or practical training trained students accordingly.
A frank review of the ca final ibs exam. 1) These are not case studies. These seperate questions asked in exam clubbed together to dupe students. 2) The paper setter was very lazy to set paper and he just bring in different topics to old cases. 3) Cases dont make students to think analize the scenario and the inference from which the question is asked. If student is able to tell from which page or topic the question is asked then its not case study questions then its an exam question. 4) Case studies provide a scenario and student has to think and decifer the correct awnser which can change based on the logic if the student. The costing SPOM paper had better case study which demanded the in depth knowledge and application. 5) The paper was a ver lazy approach of examiner to ask the questions. I will give a 4 out of 10. Not a CA final level paper. Examination board should not focus on bringing the results down or making things tough for stundents by throwing a googly suddenly after some straight balls. Rather they should focus on getting CA who are able to decifer and decide the best decision in any scenario.
If a chapter have 2 or 3 question in study material what student should do 2 and 3 question can't make any concept clarity when you will do number of questions you will easily grip in that subject nonsense video and nothing
But yeh first time nhi hua h, past mein isse bhi zyada khatarnaak attempt gye h, Toh aisa kuch nhi h ki kuch revised exam pattern h. Nov 20, July 21, may 19, nov 19, was most difficult attempt
