  • Try these cabbage and zucchini dishes at home~! They're so delicious!!!
    Ingredients
    80 g cabbage, 1/8 carrot, 1/8 zucchini, 1/2 onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 Vietnamese chili pepper, 10 frozen shrimp, 1.5 tablespoons oyster sauce, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of salt, cooking oil, 100-150 ml water, 1 tablespoon starch powder
    The recipe
    1. Cut 1/8 of the zucchini and 1/8 of the carrot into half-moon shapes. Roughly chop 80 grams of cabbage and 1/2 of the onion.
    2. Turn the heat to medium-high, add a generous amount of cooking oil, crush 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 Vietnamese chili pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
    3. add the diced onions and carrots and stir-fry, then add the diced cabbage and zucchini and stir-fry while mixing.
    4. add 10 pre-thawed frozen shrimp and stir-fry.
    5. add 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry, then add 100-150 ml of water.
    6. Mix 1 tablespoon of starch powder with 2 tablespoons of water to make a starchy paste, then add it in portions and mix until you get the right consistency.
    7. Once the consistency is right, add black pepper and salt to taste.
    8. Pour over the rice and you're done.
