명절에 잡채가 남았으면 이렇게 만들어보세요~! 너무 맛있고 간편한 남은 잡채 활용법~!!
준비물
남은 잡채, 깻잎, 라이스페이퍼, 식용유
레시피
1. 깻잎 꼭지 부분을 자릅니다.
2. 남은 잡채를 가위로 잘게 자릅니다.
3. 라이스페이퍼를 물에 잠깐 담갔다 뺍니다. 그 위에 깻잎을 올리고 잘게 자른 잡채를 올립니다.
4. 라이스페이퍼 양옆과 아래위를 접습니다. 같은 방식으로 여러 개 만듭니다.
5. 불의 세기를 중불로 맞추고 식용유를 넉넉하게 넣습니다. 앞뒤로 노릇노릇하게 구우면 완성입니다.
