Russell Hastings dont know if you read the comments but I assume it was Bruce who picked you for wellers part & if so he did a great job. Hope you & your family & Bruce & his family are well & I suppose I'll have to say see you in 2021 all being well.👍
You were such a gent when I met you in Margate. I hear the Winter Gardens are shutting down now • guess it's up to us to put the Dreamland Ballroom back on the bloody map. But, hey, the Who played there up until July 1969, so if it was good enough for them... 🤍 Loving this version, mate... Hope to see you again down this way soon... There's some lovely resonance in that Takamine. She sounds great 👍
Totally with you on this. When in lockdown a football forum I do a bit on, with nothing to talk about, we started all talking music. Each week one of us would put together a playlist of a band and the others would comment and pick a top5. I put 1 hour playlist of The Jam and it got so much love from folk who weren’t familiar with a lot of the music. But what did surprise me, and rightly so, this song featured in nearly everyone’s top 5. Great song. Great album. ✌🏻
Still love this song , playing that at my funeral .
A great song, made me run out and buy my first Jam album, and I had all of them! Thanks for posting.

Good version of a great tune taken from a much maligned album which still had 4-5 great tracks on it imo
