Wow , RIP Luke Perry 2019🙏🏾 Funny, I don't remember those old western themed McDonald's commercials.. Such a shame, through all of these commercials from the 1970's through the 1990's there are so so many long forgotten TV shows and made for TV movies, it makes for so many long forgotten actors and actresses....
wow i remember most of these commercials lol. i was waiting to see a commercial for gas prices. I remember a gas station opening by my house near panama lane that on its first day they sold for 20 cents a gallon! I also remember when Panama Lane was the outskirts of bakersfield. lol
Actually anywhere there is a large Latino population you can get them. I live in Northern Virginia with a sizable immigrant population and I can have a breakfast burrito with southern sweet tea. Being a corn fed Cow Pie from Ohio it seemed really odd to have a burrito for breakfast but they're pretty good :-D
NBC seemed to be into punny titles in the early 90s (his last name is Mann, and she's a machine!). From what little I know about catamaran racing, I think the lighter the boat, the better. So I'm sure the crew was thrilled with Coors wanting to put some random slob on the boat in the middle of a race. I bet celebrities just love talking about their nude scenes in forgettable movies. And having seen "Basic Instinct", I think I could have lived without Michael Douglas "baring his tush".
@orion5175 Companies for things like shoes and clothes are highly dependent on fads and fashion for their sales and recognition. When fashion changes (and it inevitably does) companies tend to handle it poorly, which LA Gear did. They're still around but you wouldn't know it.
i wonder why these power companies like la gear go out of bussiness? they flood the air waves with commercials and ads every where then ten years later they are nonexistant. I guess they over extend themselves or they just don't advertise at all anymore.
Oh my god John Goodman is a favorite of mine and Garth Brooks is the only reason I'm proud to be from his hometown
BTW, the woman on the Nightside update is Carolyn Douglas. She's now the noon anchor at KING 5 in Seattle, WA.
The NBA on NBC theme is called "Roundtable Roundtree" by John Tesh. Former ET and Talk show host.
"TV Spots" are ads for movies currently in theaters.
Apparently, country/western was popular in 1992.
I'm not a country/western fan, but I remember that artists like Garth Brooks and Billy Ray Cyrus were really big then.
The voiceover for the Wendy's commercial is the same voiceover for the Boar's Head commercials
I love the pictures of the kitties on the Tidy Scoop containers. Way too adorable!!
At 6:23 those old ass toyotas though 👌👌🚘🚗🚙😂
Dave!! I loved him as a kid. He's commercial about being adopted and how important it is for kids always made me cry.

Western Omlette at McDonalds? The hell? lol
@Gfer It depends entirely on what you put in it. A tortilla wrapping doesn't magically make its contents spicy.
"I'm still talking to the sign."😂
R.I.P. Dave Thomas Real Wendys
Thanks for uploading.
back when beer commercials weren't in your face. good
ol' days.
I remember the Crest Drive-In theater.
Drinking and skiing, a great combination! :)
I was able to hum along to that NBA on NBC tune after hearing the first two notes. So iconic.
this awsome because now the mcrib is back haha
Love to see all these promos for short-lived series!!!!
The KGET news theme was based off NBC's "The Place To Be" image campaign in the early 90s.
Maybe it's just because I'm a dirty hippie Californian, but they seem pretty popular around these parts.
at 1:30, that's Chuck Connors reprising his hole as the Rifleman
That's the future 🎉🎉🎉❤
It was just a tv spot because it was coming on that Sunday.

The word "Kellogg's" probably wrapped around the box...
back when commercials werent annoying
Fine then it was a commercial saying it was coming on that Sunday, so technical.
mmmm John Tesh music.
@HolyFluffing I don't know...because you didn't say who you thought it was.
LMAO I've never seen a kid so pumped about bears!
thats becuase it is
That McRibb and cowboys made me crack up!

I miss the 90s. I was born March 6, 1992 and feel old right now, even though I'm only 17.

yo those mcdonalds burritos were so good.
Rob 7 so true I forgot about those 😂
That NBA on NBC theme though!
We have come a long way.
GARTH BROOKS AND DAVE THOMAS!!!
Clint Black doesn't look like he's aged much since this video....Garth Brooks has a bit, though.
Ha ha! 6:25 "Baseball starts!"

6:31 looks EXACTLY like me when I was like 2 years-old WTF
McDonalds. "What you Want is What You Get."
Eh. I like "Good Times, Great Taste" better.
They've had a lot of great jingles over the years. I agree with many others that their current jingle, "I'm lovin' it," is not one of the better ones.
Geez, even back then McDonald's food still looked gross.
Back before Clint Black got so soft..
Ah, Tim and Eric paydirt.
Doesn't sound like it.
bring back NBA on NBC! ABC sucks!
DAVE!!!
oh good lord this is disturbingly nostalgic
