Why 49 to 1 or 64 to 1 Impedance Transformers?

Derivation of the relation for impedance transformers that goes as the square of the ratio of the number of primary to secondary windings.

Thank you so much, much appreciated. I have not been able to find such a good well laid out formulas like this for 49:1 ratios on TH-cam, there are some there, but they tend to get overly completed, and not easy for old learners.
