Was there any part of the talk about how changing the culture within the workforce is being facilitated?

Sure they'll send a few emails around saying be nice and squeeze personal wellbeing into your day where you're already doing the job of 2 people.

2021 And it is worse than ever, my sister has Chronic Back injuries and it has taken 2 years to be seen and she has had to tell her story about 50 times to different people. Even Doctors not reading digital information! its appalling

This is because the NHS long term plan is extremely dangerous. It's transforming the NHS into a for-profit American-style Medicare Managed Care model. Disintegration, removal of services, extreme private involvement, less funding, downskilling and denial of care. Privatisation till it is unrecognisable. Mass A&E closures along with significant reduction in beds and resources is what is needed to allow the private sector to take over.
It's absolutely disgusting what they are doing. You, your family and street must write to your MP demanding opposition to Integrated Care Systems and the reinstament of the NHS as 100-percent publicly owned and publicly operated, comprehensive, funded and accountable to local the communities. We must get back to the original far superior Beveridge model of care.

Please work on wise parking, I am a nurse and I paid £9.60 to park for a 12 hour shift. My wheel was touching the white line, I got a fine for not parking in a bay.. Lewisham and queen Elizabeth hospital subcontract their parking to wise parking they are heartless

NHS need to look at heavy metal toxicity , vaccine damage and the use of nutritional supplements and herbs

They have... none of the above is any way scientifically or medically relevant. Heavy metal toxicity, only in large doses, vaccine = preventing disease, nutritional supplements = only useful if deficient in certain nutrients - otherwise a healthy balanced diet is more than enough
