Actually no. Any new volunteers are given all the help necessary to be able to read; we only ask for certain minimal requirements. Are we nerds? Probably! We find many obscure books about things from Roman history to romance to cooking manuals. In fact our range of historical cooking manuals is extensive: 🍖🍥🍰🍞🍺🍿🍭🎉
