I love your video and I think you get this :) : ) And yes, all of the Hungarian dances are good for coordination and condition, LOL :) BUT: all of you here should be very much aware of that "Hungarian folk dance" has its own dance academy and you can learn different styles from different areas of the historical Hungary (which had been a lot larger, including Moldova and Transylvania which belong to Romania now) for 4 years there at a very high level. We start learning the different dances in kindergarten or school and they are a lot of fun and you can also learn them any time at dance house courses. There are teaching for young children and families, and also for adults. Young, strong men with lot of experience can show off their acrobatic steps, too :) THIS dance ("Ördög Útja" or "Drumul Draculu") that you are teaching on this video is actually from a very isolated area from Moldova (Romania) where a very small minority of the Hungarian live. They are the "moldvai / gyimesi csángók". I guess your "lesson 01" refers to the practice that "moldvai" dances typically are danced in Hungarian folk dance houses like a "warming up" or number 01.I think it is because they are very archaic and can be danced in lines and circles without having a dancing partner. Of course you can dance these dances whole night if you want, they have a good repertoire to choose from. I am giving you just two links here where you can have a look at some dancing groups and musicians and how the national folk costumes look like in this dance.
