Ingredients:
1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tsp Cornstarch
Kosher Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
4 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup Honey
3 tbsp Chicken Stock
1 or 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes, for garnish
1 tbsp chopped fresh Parsley, for garnish

Thank AB. A great and easy throw together weeknight meal. Add some red pepper, bok choy, sesame seeds, and broccoli sprouts to round it out. I appreciate you thinking on cleaning as you go. I do the same thing and my mother always said to make a game of it. Have every dish and bowled cleaned before it came out of the oven or off of the stove.

This is fantastic. You might not be aware of this but your recipe for the chicken bites is 100% allergen free from the main 6 being, soy, wheat/gluten, seafood, egg, dairy, nuts. All ingredients have an allergen free version that exist to make this.
This is a very good dish to serve to anyone with chronic diseases such as EOE, chronic Gerd or any other allergenic diseases.
