I don't know, I think her discharge animation looks absolutely amazing when she does the 180 degree turn and also her ultimate is also cool like bombs raining from the sky. Exceeded my expectations and I was very willing to spend 50 bucks to pull for her!

2 huge missed opportunities:
Giving her an unique A3 skin (specially since she also wears her default outfit in her free skin, so she has 3 appearances of her wearing the same outfit) and making her a character with multiple weapons. Instead of only using those fish and game pieces. She should've also used her fan and her teapot. Overall underwhelming for the character we've waited the longest to come, over a year...
The fact that her sleeves keep changing between the original and redesigned ones is also pretty annoying, they shouldve sticked to the redesigned sleeves for her playable version.

Well, this is underwhelming. Ever since the teaser was released, she has been my most anticipated character from Domain 9. The tragic A3 reskin and unimpressive skill animation are unfortunate. I'm not sure if I will pull for her, especially now that she is not alter.
The altered thing was just speculation. Nothing ever hinted to her being altered.

*attk attk attk, STOP and place pieces down for 10secs, ok back to action
Charge attk looks very long and useless (hope it shatters well to make worth)
Skill does not look controller friendly
(pending if it hits everywhere on board, or only aoe around placed piece?)
Too On-Field focused, her kit only works when on-field as main, nothing for off-field, or support for teammates
(she might be powercrept real fast too due to this)

You mean Fei Se? Because she's mainly flame. And well, most players are competitive, if they don't release chracters stronger than the last one, a lot of people probably woudn't even bother pulling for them.

Why is it that all the late fire characters after Lan do everything but shoot actual fire? I mean unlike Plotti Jiyu at least shoots a fiery color and not purple crystals, but why would a FLAME character shoot fish? FISH? A being that lives in WATER. And that comes after Jiyu shouldve been altered anyway.

her gameplay is so weird,.. turning your POV into chessboard?.. and you don't even have to play chess or make certain patterns,... it's just pepega randomly place the pieces in the board, WTF,... combine this with plotti's blindge gameplay, flame now has the weirdest gameplay.
her limited skin should be the A3 one lol. that looks so bland. i guess they have known that we will get and use the gacha skin instead of A3 skin.
