I suffer from the alternating buttock pain. How do you treat that? My ortho doctor says I should get hip surgery for a torn labrum and hip impingement, but I am worried it is the AS causing the alternating pain in my lower buttocks. Please give me some ideas how to treat the pain without taking NSAIDs.

@@rheumatologistoncall I have had both. They just say I need to go on biologics. MRI shows sacroiliitis, torn hip labrums, and femoral acetabular impingement.

Very use full video. Hi have this problem. Just now diagnosed to doctor Rheumatologi. Take medicine Rinvoq. Then past 8 year have problem fibromyalgia.
