@@bottomtext593, eh, I don't exactly disagree with very recent canon, but that's still rather new and debatable to what extent his "romantic" feelings to her actually go. I just don't think he's had feelings for her for very long, and most "proof" is often twisted or extrapolated. Certainly not "in love," but take it for what you will. This type of series isn't built for that sort of change. She is, regardless, the main love interest, one sided or otherwise, and that shouldn't change. I may be a Sonic and Sally fan, but the main canon should remain towards Amy without diving in.

Funny enough, Tails was originally supposed to be a female, hence the use of a love song for the ending in sonic 2.

Sweet Sweet Sweet by Dreams Come True is a love song that plays in 16-bit form when Tails goes to save sonic after the final boss of Sonic 2. During the early concepts for Tails, they were trying to introduce a love interest for sonic. Sonic CD was being made simultaneously so they eventually found that in Amy but Tails was originally considered to be that love interest.

If I'm to design a female version of Tails, her outfit would be like that of Amy's except her dress would be light blue, her shoes would be light blue belt buckle shoes (at least, I think that's what they're called), and the head band would be replaced with a light blue hair bow. If this is for this mod, I would have her be the same age as Sonic.
