Love all your videos. In particular, the road trip videos. Your Dorset trip inspired me to start my own photography trips. It came at the right time as there was nothing like photographing sunrises to help you clear your mind. I’ve caught the photography bug big time! Thanks for all the info you give, keep doing what you’re doing!
I think my favourite video of yours so far is 'Chasing mist at Bodiam Castle' - I'm always trying to learn about new locations to photograph or film and Bodiam still stands out to me as somewhere I'd like to visit one day! It was a calming and informative watch; I appreciate that you show us multiple vantage points, and I must say thank you for putting the what3words whenever you show us a new location :))
Hi, my all time favourite is the ' infrared photography tutorial '. I've watched it about 4 years ago, and that single video made me subscribe this channel. I've watched that same one for several times. That video opened a new window in my photogaphy interest and I was overwhelmed when I started infrared photography myself. Thanks for the ignition, Ben! (and for the tripod! 😄)
From the ones I have watched, my favourite was ‘Photography. Simplified’. Here’s what made it more interesting, when you mentioned that you were practicing, at first when you showed those photos they looked professional, but then telling us you’re practicing and then getting those shots quiet nice. I further liked the place itself because it was simple, hardly anyone there, beautiful location. This is something I’ve seen in other videos, which is you name other photographers and share their work, if you can keep doing it’ll be great, sharing other photographers, because it helps and hardly anyone does that.
My favorite video made by you was the one on the subject of how to use a wide angle lens. At times I struggle with my wide angle compositions, and found your video to provide some much needed insights on the subject.
Hi Ben, it's really hard to choose one. I loved your video on the use of the freewell vnd/cpl in osea aswell as your "tutorial" on panorama stitching. Also your more recent Medium Format tryout in Eastbourne aswell as the Revisit of Beachy Head. But I guess, if I have to choose only one, it's the "My New Challenge", just because it's so refreshing to hear what you want to be about. Love your work!
It certainly looked a decent tripod when you had it with you when we met recently Ben and Im sure one of your viewers will be pleased with it. Was also nice to read through all the comments posted so far and see the impact you have made on people with your channel. You certainly know the video that done it for me as I would probably not be doing what I am doing today if it wasn't for discovering your channel
Hi Ben, my favorite video(s) is the infrared tutorial as they helped me immensely when starting out infrared photography. I rewatched them quite a few times. If I have to pick one then I would go with part three as it opened my eyes on what scenes to shoot in IR. Thanks for the great content! Cheers
Yes! my all time favourite is the ' infrared photography tutorial '. I've watched it about 4 years ago, and that single video made me subscribe this channel. I've watched that same one for several times. That video opened a new window in my photogaphy interest and I was overwhelmed when I started infrared photography myself. Thanks for the ignition, Ben
I think my current favourite would be your ultimate guide to architectural photography that you did, I think it was at the tail end of last year. I'm mainly a landscape photographer but I'm doing more architectural now and needed some pointers.
So, you want to know what is my favourite video………….like of all time! Well, that is almost impossible. There are so many. Funny, adventurous, technical, gear related, location led. I mean how do you choose? But ok, here goes. My favourite video is… • Beachy Head Lighthouse And you ask why? Well, it has a day out with a mate, so you can share your adventure. It has advice on the location, where to park, what the route is like, a variety of places to consider. Some great images. Oh, and some jeopardy. Being on the cliff, getting down to the beach, accessing the area near the lighthouse, considering what the tide might do. Why wellies might not be a good idea, and the tough walk back in the dark. What a video!
Hi Ben - love the video - high energy and informative as ever. My favourite video of yours though was your introduction to black and white infrared photography - stood out from the research i did when got my first converted IR camera last year. As a complete novice, i found it engaging, easy to follow, and was basically my launchpad into IR (plus its what led me to subscribe to your channel - keep it up!)
My favorite video of yours is this one as this is my first introduction to your channel. Also, I’m finally taking the first step to making content. I just set up my channel and am in the market for a good tripod. Thanks for the good review. Wish me luck on my channel. I plan to start making content Monday.
Hi Ben I've finally managed to start watching more of your vlogs after YT ceased recommending them 🤔 so I've got loads to catch up on. Regarding my favourite (which I've seen) I think the Osea beach huts one is definitely up there. It's something like "We gambled and it paid off" it's a location I'd like to visit but that's one for close season. That tripod does seem to tick most boxes 👍
My favourite video is the one where you was in Osea, Malden doing long exposure of the Huts, I love this type of photography and listening to all your useful tips regarding the subject and area is so handy and has now made me consider visiting this place. I am sure matching high tide with the weather will be a challenge
My fave is the ir post processing video. Priceless info…but I could have chosen others. Genuinely pleased when my notifications tell me you have released something 😊 Your videos are relatable to ‘normal’ photographers, we don’t all have to be ‘epic’. Thanks for your work
For me it must be “The Revisit” as I often pass Arundel Castle and always wondered were the best compositions could be found What I do like about your videos is that you give the locations as I am at the stage in my photography journey where locations are becoming more important. Last bank holiday Monday I had to drop my 92 year old Mother at South Mimms Services but before returning to Eastbourne I ventured to one of your locations Pinn Mill. Next time I may incorporate some of the other locations that you and your brother Paul visited on the Essex and Suffolk.
I like the revisit to Arundel and that you are not afraid to say I did not get it right first time and came back to improve what you had already taken.Your videos are inspirational and educational.keep safe.
All the videos are great and there is always lots to learn...and amazing shots! My favourite has to be '5 years in the making' following the 'Then and Now' project. A really inspiring project and one we are getting our newly founded camera club, The Shutter Club, in Leatherhead are looking at emulating with old pictures from our beautiful little town. We're hoping we can rejuvenate a love for the town and inspire a community to hopefully stop developers from ruining what we love. A truly inspiration video and channel. Thank you Ben
Your "Best 5 travel tripods of 2024" video was very informative and helpful for me, so that's my fave rn. Since then I've enjoyed many more of your YT contributions, your format is great. Keep up the good work!
Always enjoy any video you do but especially when you're at Arundel castle. Mainly because mother lives in that area so after seeing her I nip down to the river Arun and try my best. Was actually there two days ago for a sunset shot and whilst on the river bank a seal swam past me!
My favorite Ben is "We gambled...it paid off" in Sept 2023, Its the Beach Huts at Osea, in Maldon Essex, stunning shots and beautifully edited too. KR Phil
Great review. I like the simplicity of the tripod. Thanks for demonstrating. My fav video of yours is the perfect photos on clear sky, blue sky days. Thanks
Hi Ben, my favourite is the Photographing MURMURATIONS - Tutorial, since watching this I have been wanting to get down to Brighton to photograph, or rather make a first attempt at photographing the starlings. I do very much like your photograph of the murmuration against the West Pier, very much to my taste. This video in particular has given me some really good insights as to the best vantage points. As always you are one of the best on YT for sharing locations and vantage points, so, a huge thank you for this, it really does help.
Favourite video of yours is the Felixstowe long exposure one. It’s my style of photography and can watch TH-cam videos on coastal long exposures all day long.
I think my favourite is the one that got me hooked on your channel five years back on the fine art photo editing. I think its time that you went back and updated it given the changes in ai and masking that have been introduced in LR and Photoshop.
My favourite is from a while ago it's your landscape photos around tintagle Cornwall it was part of a series think it was part 2.. Never been there before I saw your video but showed me what I was missing and the best part I only live an hour or so away so thank you
A great video and a stunning location. My favorite videos was your road trip series with your brother. I like road trips and spending time with your brother is always a good thing.
Ben, that was a different format. It made a nice change. Doing a giveaway once or twice a year would be great, if you could persuade manufacturers of good quality gear to participate. Loved the individual poppy shots or poppy portraits. The light made them pop. No pun intended. As for my favourite video, for me, it’s the one where you went out with just one prime lense. That’s something I do from time to time too. Not that I’m out as much as you. I wonder what your next video will be about?
I watch and learn from every video Ben and been a follower for some time now- my favourites are the ones where you go a bit deeper into planning, conceptualization, approach and the actual execution. And the way you give out the stats to help other photographers as not many do that for various reasons.
Any video that helps showcase interesting locations is a good one, especially when they're not "classic" locations that have been shot thousands of times. However, if I had to pick one video, it's probably "Just keep trying..." because of the message it presents.
Hi Ben, Your infrared videos are my favorite. It's hard for me to single out just one because I really like infrared, and each one of those videos I find inspiring and I learn something as well! Great job!
I've been watching your videos for quite a while (my wife continues to worry that I'm annoying that nice Englishman). I guess my favorite is the Less is More video. I mean, it quotes Mies (so that covers the architecture), it has bluebells and dramatic shafts of sunlight selectively light up elements of the image. Seriously, I thought it was a very thoughtful and interesting topic.
Beautiful old church in this video. I am quite intrigued by the Neewer LT32 tripod; especially its compatibility with the Peak Design capture clip. My favourite recent video is your Best 5 travel tripods of 2024. You did an excellent job comparing features and functions.
Hi Ben, I liked the video you did about your “Now and Then Project” in Brighton to capture new images, with identical viewpoints, to images made many years ago. Then blending to create some really great composite images of then and now.
My favourites are Hiorne Tower loved the images been trying to get there ever since and the IR subjects was informative and would love to try will be watching again when I get an IR camera
For me it has to be the video called "Fine Art Architectural Photography - EDITING TUTORIAL", That's the first video I watched of your work and started following :) Keep up the great work. Greetings from Norway!
Hi Ben! My favourite one is the levitation photoshoot with your daughter. It inspired me to have one with my daughter too, so yes, it's definitely my favourite one... Keep up the great work and keep having fun too! It's important...
Hi Ben, my favourite video is your comparison of your favourite 5 travel tripods for 2024. One of the knuckles on my tripod broke while I was extending the legs to take an infrared shot of Corfe Castle. Thankfully it was just stable enough to get the shot without the leg collapsing back in on itself but I'm going to need a new one. Your video was a big help in me narrowing down my options and at some point I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get a new one. I'm not very happy with how robust my current one has proved to be. I've not had it long and won't be buying the same brand again. This Neweer model looks ideal so fingers crossed I'm the random winner! 🤞
I somehow missed the tripod review but plan to go back to it. I found your channel when I was learning photoshop, so I’ll say my favorite was about using the pen tool. It was a number of years ago
Hi Ben, its hard to choose a favourite, but the editing video you did 5 years ago called Fine Art Architectural Photography - EDITING TUTORIAL has to be the one. I still go back to it for a refresher now and then, although techniques and software has changed the principal remains the same. Keep up the good work 🙂
My favourite video(s) was your series on fine art architecture that you did following your trip to Glasgow - looking forward to your forthcoming work on the fine art processing from London.
Well...I have two favorites...maybe more than two. The one with your daughter when you take photos of her and make the bench disappear, if I was forced to choose one. You did a couple videos with your brother on a road trip, which I also thought were kool. I'm quite the fan of the look of the anamorphic videos. Been thinking about one of those lenses for my Vegas skyline. Hmmm. That church would be fun to spend some time exploring. Cheers!
Hi Ben, there are many a video I enjoy like many others tuned into this channel, but my favourite(s) that got me really as a ‘subscriber’ was the Landscape Photo Tour Pt 1 - 4 what 4 years ago now!!! Oh and the Architectural Tutorial - great work
"How to use a Wide Angle Lens!" is my favourite video, as I had recently purchased one. I really liked and have adopted the idea of a single lens photogrpahy outing. Also, the video location was Brighton. I have a love of the Brighton Hove area, beautiful stoney beach, Victorian terrace houses by the seaside, piers, and a family connection to the area. I have a NZ or Australian address if thats relevant. Thank you for this video- most useful as need to invest in a new tripod as the current one has a frozen leg.
Sorry, I can't name a favorite video. Your videos are not the kind I watch to get a favorite video. But I like your reviews, your tips and your journeys to get good photographs. It really makes you want to go out and try it for yourself. If this doesn't qualify for the give away I'm just fine with it 😀 Keep on making awesome vids!
Landscape road trip series was great fine architectural editing 🙌🏼outstanding and photographing fads which sparked my outing to the same garlic woodlands and came back with a springer who filled the house with a garlic smell for days 😮
Hey Ben. I love the anamorphic look in this video. I think you had it in a previous video but I didn’t mention it. It’s nice to see something just a little different now and then. It’s hard to pick a favorite video because I really like all of them. However I really enjoy watching those with lots of color, such as those with bluebells. Another type I really like are those peaceful videos with photos of mist and haze, such as “The perfect conditions - photographing the South Downs”. I like the rolling hills with mist and haze. A similar video was “I struggle with woodland photography “ from a couple years ago. I think the drone video in that one is awesome. A third similar video was “Just keep trying “. I think I’m drawn to those videos with color and those with peaceful and relaxing music and photos. Keep up the good work. They’re all great.
Loved this video. Anyway, I really enjoyed your video late last year on Architectural photography because the camera club I belong to has a competition coming up in 24/25 the session on Architectural photography....so thanks for that and the extra chace to win this snazzy light tripod...handy for my wee arthritic hands.
Thanks Ben for your very helpful tutorials :-) and your giveaway. my favourite video definitely is Fine Art Architectural Photography - EDITING TUTORIAL . You taught me how to edit blach and white architectural photographs furthermore it was the starting point to create my international award winning bw series Vantropolis. Thanks again Ben. Keep it up :-)
Ben Your video on - INFRARED PHOTOGRAPHY TUTORIAL was my first video I watched on your Tube channel - Iv since converted my old Nikon D810 to infrared using the 720 NM conversion Kind regards Trevor Toms
Such a shame that we didn't get a good crop of poppies this year, but there's always next year. That's a fantastic looking tripod and it ticks a lot of boxes. The ease of removing the centre column and inversion really appeals to me. As for a favourite video, well you've not made it yet but I'm sure the in depth fine art architecture one is on its way. The one you did many years ago on Infrared is up there for me though, still something I'm interested in but haven't pulled the trigger.
My favourite video and which was the first through which I discovered your channel is "fine art architectural photography - editing tutorial" posted 5 years ago. I was looking for videos on Fine Art editing since I had some architectural photos to edit. I have also enjoyed the fact you were British
❤.... the travel tripod review was cool 😎... but loved the property using the gimbal and review was great 👍.... all your architecture photography, and your Brighton evolution photo merge awesome 👌.... just pretty much all your work 😂🎉.... in uk, carlisle. Would be handy for holiday next month to rhodes, family/ photography trip and finger's crossed for milky way shots. Many thanks for the opportunity 😊
“The definition of madness” speaks to me because I obsess about shots and have a list of the ones I want to take again. The bridge in a snow storm, the brown rose in the fall, my aunt’s whimsical look…….
My favorite video is "The definitive Architectural Photography TUTORIAL”, I love architectural photography and I found that video very useful and interesting!
My favourite video was when you compared 5 tripods and gave extensive details of each with no biases, which are quite hard to find these days on TH-cam. It was extremely concise and informational
That was a magnificent poppy field, very beautiful Poppies, they seed and flower 🌺 biannually so it’s rare to see them in the same place every year. Not in the market for a tripod but seen one that locks the whole leg from the top adjuster lock, that would have made your giveaway perfect. Are anamorphic lenses useful for still images? I rarely do video. Great video and thanks for sharing.
my Favorite video(s) is the Norfolk series with your bro and i must admit one of the oldies which inspired me to shoot Dover court lighthouse but love all your videos but i love all your videos so it's very hard to choose
My favorite video of yours is the less is more video- I love the one camera one lens approach and it has inspired me to look at photography in a new way!
Congratulations. You have won! Check out the draw here and make sure you get in touch to claim the tripod. th-cam.com/video/Z82TXjz596c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yYWZL8H8SzgPbBBq
@@benharveyphotography omg!! didnt expect this! I was out camping all week, I'll send you a message on insta and some other places :) thank you so much!!
HI Ben, my favourite is probably the video that got me subscribing to your channel and also the first video I remember seeing, a B&W editing tutorial called 'Fine Art Architectural Photography - EDITING TUTORIAL'
Excellent video. I think my favourite recent video of yours was when you were trying to replicate the 2023 Landscape Photographer of the Year cover image, which made for great viewing in my opinion.
oh, Ben i always wanted to get to this site, tried once but couldn't find it :( I have to have another go. My favourite was the lighthouse at Beachy Head, not that my ankles would let me try
Check out this video to see the winning comment. th-cam.com/video/Z82TXjz596c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yYWZL8H8SzgPbBBq

Lovely macro shots :). One of my favourites is the LPOTY 2023, it inspired me to enter a couple competitions this past fall.

If I have to pick one then I would go with part three as it opened my eyes on what scenes to shoot in IR. Thanks for the great content! Cheers
One of my favourite videos is your "Perfect photography with CLEAR Skies!" loved that skateboard you were using.
One of my favorites is the one "Shooting a classic car with a Canon R8". Gorgeous car, gorgeous photos!
Yes! my all time favourite is the ' infrared photography tutorial '. I've watched it about 4 years ago, and that single video made me subscribe this channel. Your videos are relatable to ‘normal’ photographers, we don’t all have to be ‘epic’.
Thanks for your work
My favorite video of yours is the How to use a WIDE ANGLE lens video. It helped me take shots with my rebel T7 and my wide angle lens.
For me it must be “The Revisit” as I often pass Arundel Castle and always wondered were the best compositions could be found
What I do like about your videos is that you give the locations as I am at the stage in my photography journey where locations are becoming more important. Hey Ben, many faves but one that comes to mind was "just keep trying". ❤
my favourite of your videos is the "being original" video that inspired me to start my own project
I really enjoyed your helpful video on using a wide angle lens; very informative for venturing into this style of photography.
I like the revisit to Arundel and that you are not afraid to say I did not get it right first time and came back to improve what you had already taken.Your videos are inspirational and educational.keep safe.

My favourite - Even a ten Year Old Can Do It. She reminds me so much of my own granddaughter and I love the location.
Your "Best 5 travel tripods of 2024" video was very informative and helpful for me, so that's my fave rn. Since then I've enjoyed many more of your YT contributions, your format is great. Keep up the good work!
Mine is the one with me in it the Alfa car shoot ! Nice one Ben
My favourite is the first of yours i saw- your road trip to photograph the old boats. Tripod looks great for my campervan travels. Thanks
I loved the infrared episodes, but they're all good! 😊
Always enjoy any video you do but especially when you're at Arundel castle. Mainly because mother lives in that area so after seeing her I nip down to the river Arun and try my best. Was actually there two days ago for a sunset shot and whilst on the river bank a seal swam past me!
You’re video on fast manual selections is my favorite, I like it because you taught me how to emphasize by hand certain parts of my images : ]
My favorite Ben is "We gambled...it paid off" in Sept 2023, Its the Beach Huts at Osea, in Maldon Essex, stunning shots and beautifully edited too. KR Phil

macro photography tutorial, I did a you tube search found your video and subscribed as I watched it and never looked back. thanks for all your help

Keep up the good work 🙂
How to use a Wide Angle Lens is one of your best...
Cheers!
Hi Ben, there are many a video I enjoy like many others tuned into this channel, but my favourite(s) that got me really as a ‘subscriber’ was the Landscape Photo Tour Pt 1 - 4
what 4 years ago now!!!
One of my favourites is Photography Simplified where you set a challenge of minimalist equipment
Loved this video. Anyway, I really enjoyed your video late last year on Architectural photography because the camera club I belong to has a competition coming up in 24/25 the session on Architectural photography....so thanks for that and the extra chace to win this snazzy light tripod...handy for my wee arthritic hands.
The video in which you combined the old scenes at the beach with your own photos. Very creative and very well done.
I like your work, Blue Bells and Fine Art on a budget and the camera bag addition
the videos with Gordon Lang...😂
My favourite video and which was the first through which I discovered your channel is "fine art architectural photography - editing tutorial" posted 5 years ago. I was looking for videos on Fine Art editing since I had some architectural photos to edit. I have also enjoyed the fact you were British
Although I wouldnt buy the bag, the LowePro Protactic 450 one was a good watch. It showed that I prefer the design of the ProTrekker.
❤.... the travel tripod review was cool 😎... but loved the property using the gimbal and review was great 👍.... all your architecture photography, and your Brighton evolution photo merge awesome 👌.... just pretty much all your work 😂🎉.... in uk, carlisle.
Same with Lullinstone this year
Poppies are small and not very dense
Best 5 travel tripods of 2024 video was to the point.
The road trip videos.....another entertaining video Ben😂
Its a close call between the architectural tutorial or infrared - think I'm going to have to give the IR though, the style is just so unique!
My favorite video is "The definitive Architectural Photography TUTORIAL”, I love architectural photography and I found that video very useful and interesting!
Your vid along the Falmer Road has to be up there as it gave me material for several visits of my own to that location.
My favorite video is The long way down - BEACHY HEAD light house revisit . I love photographing lighthouses.
My favourite video was when you compared 5 tripods and gave extensive details of each with no biases, which are quite hard to find these days on TH-cam. It was extremely concise and informational
Travel tripod review was most useful video for me.
My favourite video is always the last one you released.
My favourite videos are the infrared tutorials.
Favourite video for me was Pin Mill.
Personally my favorite vídeo is the fine-art architectural photography: cause i found inspiration and a method to work this kind of images.
I have to say that this video “Tri-pod giveaway” because I have always wanted to know where that church was. And I love the poppy field photos.
my Favorite video(s) is the Norfolk series with your bro and i must admit one of the oldies which inspired me to shoot Dover court lighthouse but love all your videos but i love all your videos so it's very hard to choose
Those on composition.
This video is my favorite, have not se any other video
oh, Ben i always wanted to get to this site, tried once but couldn't find it :( I have to have another go. My favourite was the lighthouse at Beachy Head, not that my ankles would let me try
My favourite video is when you explained how you can take architectural photos on a budget.
