Got my son and daughter for Christmas. The directions say the shut off when hitting something. Both of theirs do not, they will bounce off of the walls like a ping pong ball. They go for a while too. They dont turn off by a simple flick of your wrist either like the directions say
I've had mine for over a year and no problems. charges quickly and get lots of playing time on every charge. Bought 3 of these for my nephews and they are still enjoying them today as well. I'm sure you just got a faulty unit and they are well worth every penny if you exchange it and get a replacement.
You should get them it recently got one once u get the hang of it your fine . Sometimes it mite just fall that means it needs charging its not strong enough to damage anything or anyone there up to 10-60 dollars depending the size u want I recommend this !

U need to clean the cold air return grill for your heating and cooling system.. that door should come off easily once open, then you can take it outside and spray it off . Make sure the filter gets changed every 30 days if you have pets, 90 days if you don't

The one I received is labeled "Gyrosphere" flying spinner on the box. It looks and operates the same as yours, but appears to be unbalanced and therefore quickly takes off and bangs into the wall, no matter how still or upright I hold it. There's no way I would tke it outside; I'd never see it again. Maybe your "FLYNova Pro" is the original version and has better construction.
Mine does the same cannot do the simple bouncing from your hand. It shoots straight up or takes off in direction with no pushing or nudging what so ever.
Mine doesn't react to a flick of the wrist. Turn it on and it goes and immediately turns over and goes straight down. Since wrist flicks don't do anything, I have to squeeze it so it stops by force so I can turn it off. Funny for about 10 seconds.

My 1st one from them couldn't connect that mini USB coz cage hole and plastic around USB just wasn't allowing it, soooo..... Got their replacement in the mail, but I'm old guy so gonna let whiz kid grandson get it going per your video in hopes things fly. This reminds me of a foam UFO toy which was remote controlled I got in maybe 2005 or 2006 for Christmas (I would have been 11 or 12 at the time). Saw it at the mall and thought it was really cool. It also lit up just like the ball in the video and was nice in the dark. Was also indoor safe from what I remember.
I was in home Depot yesterday and I saw them as I was walking in the door in a kiosk near the front of the store priced at $15 so I bought one it seems to do the same thing as yours does but I don't have a yard to throw it around. When I bought it I thought it was controlled by a cell phone app and thought that it might be used as a dog toy until I saw how flimsy it is. I'm more or less use it as a fan now.
Recently got mine, it comes on with a shake but nothing will turn it off till the battery dies. The battery lasts about 8 minuets. And mine wants to gently turn upside down. It won’t hover. It won’t float. It just veers off course till it flips over and spins out on the ground. A good idea but lacks perfection. I watched several TH-cam videos and mine doesn’t act like theirs so it must be defective. I sent it back after a few charges and tries.
I got one for grandkids,but their fingers could easily go into the bigger holes,had to hide it,there is some power in those propellers,its also a good fan for summer time
Did u make sure it was switched off while u were charging it? Because if the switch is on while charging it will kill the battery. If not then it's probably just has a bad connection somewhere easy fix. Great video though

I got my son one for Christmas on Amazon(apparently the real ones aren't even available on Amazon) and the box says flynova pro but the directions inside said jitter drone and it won't even float right...its off balance so it immediately flips over and just goes crazy on the floor

We got this but it's called "Flying Spinner" it came in a flimsy box. It's identical to what you have. One was damaged in shipping & the other, when you turn it on, the fan comes on right away then shuts off
This didn't exactly work for me.. It worked the first time, but I must have let the motor run all the way down and now it just does a high pitched squeak when I fly the propeller.. I let it charge for 25 minutes and still no flight action

It's fun inside the home. But if you take it outside, don't let hit the hard ground. Ours broke the little gear inside. We have hard dirt and pavement and gravel outside. No grass. It only lasted 5 minutes.
Probably what happened was a wire came loose on the switch. If you can get it open without destroying it, you might be able to solder the wire back on if that's the case. Otherwise I'd send it back for either a refund or another one.

Yup! Its the one thing the ads doesnt tell you. The little bugger is really LOUD. But I gotta say that with exception to that the product is pretty much the way it was advertised.

All Drones are relatively loud hence they should be used outside. However the Galactic Fidget Drone is a little quieter. But upon further reflection and reading all pertinate comments He was still talking about the ad having no sound, if the ad has no sound then how would he know it's so loud? Strange.

They all break..have read other reviews..It's a seller and great concept but doesn't cut the mustard in terms of longevity. They need to go back to the drawing board and make it more robust
They probably will make new versions, but they are nit going to upgrade this version. Toys are made cheap, they know some parents will just buy new ones. They will not be popular next year

ITS A SCAM! My mom bought 5 for all the kids in the family and the 2 that she got for my kids both broke! The first one flew for about 5 minutes and hit the floor and made a loud buzzer noise and wouldn’t work even after charging and the second one lasted one charge and broke making the same loud buzzing noise the second time we played with it in the house. Never even got to use it outside. Don’t waste your money

THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! I used it until it died, and then I charged it again and it didn’t work after that. It would turn on for a brief period of time and then turn off. The problem might have been that I left it on the charger overnight. Did you do that to yours. I’m thinking that if you overcharge then they stop working.
That sucks! I'm sorry to hear that. No I didn't leave it on overnight. After the one crash in the video I charged it for about an hour and it never came back on. Tried charging it again and had the same result. I was soooo disapointed because when it did work it was pretty cool. :(

All fun and games, but I was like playing catch with it and it just flew away it probably went around a mile away let’s just say I didn’t get it back, plus the little remote it comes with didn’t work to shut it off

If it even get crashed hard with a metal it will run great because the outside protector is made from flexible plastic so it will not get a single scratch
I think flynova in itself is super over-priced, but all of the copycats that have arose are for sure equal in quality, and I can totally justify 10 dollars for this toy, especially if that's all it costs me to replace one now!
Its not a scam! It does actually work but there are ridiculous differences in pricing. I got a 2-pack for 30 bucks and apparently what I bought was a knock-off becuase it has the yellow control in it.. However it works and it felt absolutely awesome the first time I succeeded to boomerang throw and catch it.

I thought about buying one of these for my kids. 8 to 10 minutes of battery life is way too short. Some of the reviews i've read say it takes almost an hour for the battery to recharge. Not worth the cost.

Came in a flimsy box that was kind of crunched up because it was shipped in a plastic bag.. we have a heck of a time turning it off.. then it dies in about 7 minutes.
It only lasts 10mins at a time and your not meant to keep it on charge that long and needs to be facing up when charging and not out in strong wind or near water . I’m having trouble just figuring out how to fly it as it not as easy as it looks 😂 so much power for a small thing. 😆

Just bought one the led light strip ripped in half during flight and is quite harder to handle than you think

Mine did the same thing it stoped working and started making noise it is actually the L-E-D lights that bends and blocks the spinners from working

You're only supposed to charge it for 25 minutes if you go over 25 minutes The Battery will Frye and it will not work anymore

They come with remotes too so if it starts to fly too far away from you you can turn them off from a distance

So the question, is the ball a scam or does it actually work
Its not a scam! It does actually work but there are ridiculous differences in pricing. I got a 2-pack for 30 bucks and apparently what I bought was a knock-off becuase it has the yellow control in it.. However it works and it felt absolutely awesome the first time I succeeded to boomerang throw and catch it.
Hi Ben,, so you bought a copy version,, I've ordered one from ebay, its £8, so I'm assuming I'm gonna get a copy version,, if that's right what are the genuine version prices
It works, you saw that. But for how long is a better question. Some may last a long time, but some might only last 8 minutes.
It’s a scam I got one it broke in less then 2 weeks and most of the time I won’t even come back to u and it losses color
Junk. Mine will not stop until it runs out of battery. I did shake it hard and it bounced off of things and never stopped. Waste of $

I tried shake and it didnt work... Then i noticed it came with a yellow controller.... That one worked perfectly.

Trust me... I was soooo sad when it stopped working. This is like the toy I always wanted as a kid... but of course it breaks immediately :(

Can't say I used it wrong... and I can't say it's a scam. Only thing I can say is that mine stopped working/broke

I thought about buying one of these for my kids. 8 to 10 minutes of battery life is way too short. Some of the reviews i've read say it takes almost an hour for the battery to recharge. Not worth the cost.

@@christian_apolog1st Yeah, mine was on sale for $27plus tax and S&H. Didn't have that little yellow clicker in the box that I've seen in some of the videos either. Came in a flimsy box that was kind of crunched up because it was shipped in a plastic bag.. we have a heck of a time turning it off.. then it dies in about 7 minutes.

Ay I got one but it’s called wonder sphere and it $15 only and in Walmart very cheap
It only lasts 10mins at a time and your not meant to keep it on charge that long and needs to be facing up when charging and not out in strong wind or near water .
I’m having trouble just figuring out how to fly it as it not as easy as it looks 😂 so much power for a small thing. 😆
