Much easier said than done with just how much the internet has pervaded the daily lives of many nowadays. Not to mention just the significantly easier access of information overall because of it, and disregarding that some folks (i.e. a fair number of neurodivergent people, such as myself) just flat out needed internet circles and online games as that escape from reality at times and due to extreme difficulties socializing IRL (namely just finding people like myself and those who actually shared interests). We just need to find a strong middle ground with ensuring the safety of kids online (i.e. parents doing their due diligence while also respecting the fact their kids are individuals) while also keeping information accessible.
No, I think since children are now grown up on using the internet, unlike when I was in school learning about how to use a computer (I was in the first wave in our area to REALLY grow up on using computers) where they intensively taught us internet safety and always showed us how dangerous putting information online is, even showing us how people view metadata in photos. I mean, not everyone toom complete heed but honestly everyone I knew in my age group that grew up going to our schools all their lives were all VERY cautious with their online interactions. They really showed us how fearful the internet could be. Not everyone was completely careful but that's because a lot of us end up getting access far too soon without adult supervision (especially when I was growing up my parents were born in the 60s, computers are foreign to them and many of my friends parents who were in that age range) I think the best solution is 1: dont let kids on computers until they're at least 8 but only to educate and teach them, show them education sites to go on and maybe some free kids games but limit their access outside sites as much as you can with monitoring, make it a healthy conversation and make them understand what they're doing and the weight of any actions, cause I know when I was a kid the internet was fascinating to me since it was such a bizarre concept. Then when they're about 10 maybe let them use TH-cam with some monitoring to make sure they aren't watching stuff they shouldnt, but make it a safe place for them to feel okay so they don't feel like they have to hide stuff from you, I think social media is a no go until they're 18 for sure. But educational sites and safe games (I would vet them myself if it wasn't something I give them to play tho)--- now I know it's a lot to ask for a parent to do all that but I think it would solve a LOT of the problems since they aren't being raised by the internet and you're connecting with your child through it. When I was growing up, I didn't have internet at home until I was 14. But I had a windows 95 computer and tons of CD-ROM games, educational material and floppy disks full of content that my parents let me play around with for a couple hours at a time. Or the magical feeling of going to a friend's house that has a family computer with internet and just finding cool things on the internet. 2. Just do actual family things with your children, don't make them feel like they have to run to the internet for attention they aren't feeling at home and school. Make sure your children feel accepted in any reasonable possible way, it literally will eliminate most of the issues you see online. 3. Social media is rotting and destroys people's self esteem, plus that feeling of unwelcome. Yeah there's places you can meet cool people but you can face a lot of heat from anonymous people online, which is why we see a lot of unalived young folk sadly

Millie The Puppet wasn’t Shane Dawson’s creation, he was a collaborator. The Fine Brothers (which is obviously voiced by one of them) actually made the channel. I actually recall this was from like 2009-2011, maybe, not long before kids react. And I don’t see the Fine Brothers getting criticism for it. Let alone they had issues with race (which also isn’t a shock since they’re K-Pop videos were pretty messed up, addressing that K-Pop idols don’t really do anything besides sing and dance, not even writing their own music, when you can literally look a song credits and find many idols names in them, let alone the big three companies were founded by former (and in case of JYP active) K-Pop idols and musicians. And the fact that many western artists don’t write their music and lift vocals from other artists (this happens in K-Pop too) and don’t credit them (especially Jennifer Lopez). Basically they tried to act like K-Pop idols don’t have any thing to do with their music, when many artists do and don’t, just like in any music industry (let alone SM ENT. buys demos from all over the world, so western artists profit more than likely many K-pop idols do)), which I feel shows how tacky and messed up they are. I actually recall this was from like 2009-2011, maybe, not long before kids react. And I don’t see the Fine Brothers getting criticism for it. Let alone they had issues with race (which also isn’t a shock since they’re K-Pop videos were pretty messed up, addressing that K-Pop idols don’t really do anything besides sing and dance, not even writing their own music, when you can literally look a song credits and find many idols names in them, let alone the big three companies were founded by former (and in case of JYP active) K-Pop idols and musicians. And the fact that many western artists don’t write their music and lift vocals from other artists (this happens in K-Pop too) and don’t credit them (especially Jennifer Lopez). Basically they tried to act like K-Pop idols don’t have any thing to do with their music, when many artists do and don’t, just like in any music industry (let alone SM ENT. buys demos from all over the world, so western artists profit more than likely many K-pop idols do)), which I feel shows how tacky and messed up they are. Glad they left TH-cam, from what I heard.

The mother sounded like a bumbling moron in her interview, and the screenshot of the Twitter dms was downright laughable. Did Lionmaker do what he was accused of by other people? Yes, undoubtedly.
