- www.EkhartYoga.com When we feel tense or restless this is a good question to ask yourself. What are you trying to control right now? Once you become aware of what you are holding on to, it's easier to relax your grip and worried focus. A meditation with Esther Teule.

Thank you Esther
Thank you Esther , Finally I feel more centered and calm... after a challenging day ! You are an angel !
So glad you enjoyed this Mario! :)
Thank you very much. This is what I needed to remember.
I've imagined that river is very fast, and I'm literally too powerless to control it, so I let it go, it felt like release, and than I've imagined that I also dropped into the river my need to control my future, my marriage and I started crying.
Thank you. With your guided meditation I've released some of my resistance.
Thank you very much ))))
Two Esther's?? I love it!
A blessing. Thank you.
Thank you Pat
really good river bed visualisation. I actually felt the letting go of issue as if underwater and seeing it pass over my head flowing with the water above. Will be interesting to use it again in everyday situations - many thanks
Thanks again for your wonderful insight , and meditation ! I now have widened my shores , to let more pass by.... I appreciate your guidence , and you sincere ways of reaching out . Namaste, Mario
Wow. Great meditation. I didn't let go but I realized what's going on inside me... Thank you very much!!
thank you fo reminding me ...... my true self the obsever watching the river flow
You are incredibly calming.
Omg... this was incredibly calming. You're the best Esther.
Great concept, brilliant delivery and I enjoyed it on a metaphorical level.
Plus, your voice is hypnotically seductive, relaxing, and you radiate calmness as well as being beautiful.
Not that I noticed any of that at all.
Your husband is a lucky man.
very good, thank you, God bless you
Very nice. Great analogy - river bed. Very helpful.
Very nice; very helpful. I felt a lot of relief, want to repeat this meditation, thank you!
Another nice meditation. I really love what you do.
Sweet, and helpful. Thank you!

Looking gorgeous Esther,
I am very sad. This used to be one of my favorites from Ekhart yoga, but having an ad in the middle totally ruins it. My other favorite from Ekhart yoga also now has an ad in the middle. I have had to unlike them now. Thank you Ekhart yoga for the memories, but my time with you has come to an end. Good luck and best wishes, may your meditations never be suddenly interrupted by the horribleness that is modern day advertising.
Hi Tania - sorry - that was definitely a mistake! There shouldn't be any adverts interrupting classes now. Thanks for letting us know.
I subscribe to the website and so have done all of your meditations and love the effect that they have on my mind. I do however have one (hopefully!) constructive criticism for you esther- I don't feel that the word 'manipulate' sits very well in this meditation as this word generally is used to indicate malicious intent...maybe the word 'influence' would be better?
