      We are making a batch of kunefe. I definitely recommend you to try it, it is incredibly easy and delicious.
      INGREDIENTS
      200g raw kadayıf
      150g butter
      For the filling:
      Unsalted cheese (mozzarella)
      For the syrup:
      1 tbsp. Water
      1 tbsp. granulated sugar
      2-3 drops of lemon juice
      For the top,
      Powdered pistachios
      INSTRUCTIONS:
      Shrink the kunefe dough and pour the melted warm butter on it and mix it with your hands, press it into the greased mold and bake for 5 minutes, when it is slightly brown, take it out of the oven and place the cheese on it and press it with a spoon or a glass (my daughter also helped with this process). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Prepare the syrup until the kunefe is golden brown. Boil for 10 minutes and pour the syrup over the hot kunefek with a ladle and place it on a serving plate and decorate with pistachios and serve. Enjoy your meal 🥰
      Note: I prepared the rest for the kunefe plate, wrapped it in a refrigerator bag and put it in the freezer.
