I like number 2. That was a good idea. Only thing I would do different, add sand paper to the bottom of the arm. That way you have extra grip instead of only force. Depending what you do with that setup, you can still have radial force overcome the downward pressure. Sand paper will give enough to hold it for sure. great videos, like always.
Some nice tricks there mate! Looking at your drill press it seems to suffer from runout perhaps a hack for you :) remove the chuck and clean the taper(both male and female tapers)then reseat the chuck, if its still wobbling make a witness mark with a sharpie and remove chuck again and reseat it clockwise 90° and see if it increases or decreases the wobble... if it decreases reseat it another few degree clockwise(or keep going until the wobble stops), if it increases the wobble reseating at 90° you reseat the chuck anticlockwise 90° plus a few extra degrees(or keep going until the wobble stops). A dial indicator would come in handy if you wish measure and get it absolutely spot on... but by eye you should be able get it pretty close
Great job done! I have ever seen such great videos like this one for last two years. Now you have become the most favorite one amongst other carpenters for me. I really appreciate your job. Thanks a lot. Sharif from Pakistan.
This is one of these videos that shows how to make great and useful things for the home woodworkers. Very good, and of the use of material you in most cases have at home, ore not expensive if you have to buy some of the materiel.
The bearing wheels at the front of the grinder sled will get in the way when the disc gets smaller. Flip them to the inside under the ply board. 👍🏻 need to add a height adjuster and it’s a winner
I didn't catch the table router hack... Looked like they were all alternatives to a standard table router.. either way, I don't think there were any claims to inventing anything. Just useful ways to use tools you might have laying around. I bet your negativity makes you feel big and strong though! More power to you my friend!
Только автор показал его использование не правильно. Там нет смысла что-то чертить. Наоборот - деталь надо выставлять по заранее начерченной линии. А то сходу даж не понял, что за хрень он придумал
you don't, unless you have a collet spanner that can reach down into the cutout. hopefully if you run the depth adjustment on the motor body down to maximum depth you might make it.
On video #1 I would use MDF or a plastic laminate top. But in this case I would have turned the wood the other direction so the grain runs with the fence. Much smoother running the piece. Everyone loves a know it all
Very good stuff and great video. Can't wait for you to come out with more stuff I think you're my new favorite hack artist. Take care..
Thank you..

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
These are great dude. 11:00 you should make that jig so it can adjust up and down too so you don't have to move the workpiece 👍
Thank you for your tip..
Sehr kreativ-Top ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
Love these posts. The carving is so clever 👍🏻
Excelente,
muito obrigado.
It's just brilliant 👍
Thank you..
4 super. Thank you :)
Thank you too
Not as useless as many of the "Hacks" on TH-cam and quite do-able for the home workshop!
That angle grinder sled would be a bit more useful if there were a twist knob that could adjust the height up and down... very cool though.
You adjust the height of the workpiece
Superb #toolspowerj
Thank you...
1:44 .. so, how do attach the bit without unscrewing the router from the base? (Or maybe you do and that was edited out)
#3 is pretty cool!

Amazing how unamazing they are...

Good job 👍🏻
@10:30 the disc is on upside down, a very common mistake.
The metal part should always face the machine to avoid cracking the disc when tightening it.
El disco esta bien puesto...
Sir, you are fountain of great ideas!
Glad you think so!
Классный ролик, спасибо)))
Very good job man!
Thank you!
Thank you too!
The grinder jig is very nice, I think I might build one at work..
Scares the crap outa me, because the cut is being collapsed onto the wheel. Look up something like ‘angle grinder injury / death / safety’.
What's the device called attached to the board at 1:30?
It's a Router Attachment.
Thanks. That helped my search. Looks like it's a Bosch PR102 Palm Router Edge Guide
☺👍👍☕
