In Assistant 2 MacOS version, nothing appear after clicking to start the calibration, Assistant 2 just enlarge to full screen, but the window remains white and empty, no dots, no box at all, nothing for the calibration!
Could this depend by an unsupported screen resolution?

I do not get a blue square from ,my P4P, but a trapezoid shape , longer on the to and shorter on the bottom, so the Assistant can't recognize it. HELP please.

i was having problems with the app, tried a lot of new cables and the app wouldn't recognize them, only after I tried the original from dji it worked.
I guess the USB samsung type needs to be towards the good quality

I installed this on my Mac but my drone does not show up in the app. So my screen is sort of frozen on that circle page. What can I do to make it work. My DJI Go app tells me my vision system needs to be calibrated.

My front and back sensors work fine on my phantom 4 pro +, but the side sensors all of the sudden are not functioning at all. I've done the sensor calibration in the DJI assistant 2, but after going through the motions, it gets to about 80% and then says calibration failed. Time and time again it does this.

Joshua the side sensors only work in tripod mode and make sure the firmware is the same

don't do it,, I've got one, unless you can get the internet out in the woods or away from home, you won't be able to fly it..

Is it necesary to do with the phantom 4? Or only with phantom 4 advance?

Hi there - this process is only necessary if you're having trouble with the system. This method will also work with the Phantom 4.

@@DJITutorials I know this post is old, but how does the drone emit the red box, and now does the calibration screen on the PC 'see' the red box? I would think that the PC needs a camera activated but obviously no camera is used.

I have the same problem, Im stuck and the drone dose not connect. But my Mac makes a beep and the screen lightens up when I plug the drone USB cable into the lap top but the DJI assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series) software will not see it. Just that page with the circle in the middle is frozen.

I successfully calibrated, but I can't understand where the red box from the drone comes from, and how the calibration screen knows when the red box matches the green box. No camera is used, how in the heck does it know.

The front 2 sensors are literally cameras, you calibrate the cameras. The drone has 4 more cameras other than the main one

Its not an app as he states. Go to the DJI website and download it.
