You should go for 15 pro mate
If there's no True tone display, no higher brightness and just 60 Hrtz display. Then buying a OLED smartphone is not worth it. It's like buying second hand iPhone 12/13. Display of iPhone SE will decide how many buyers will buy the phone. There's already a cut on Camera and performance. Because I am sure they won't give iphone 16 performance for half of the price.

As i said brother. Not body can provide facts not even tim cook himself unless the official announcement is made. Its upto us to whom we are hearing from.
