    These videos are invaluable for building a well thought out, carefully done, strategic trial prep that will help get you to where you want to go which is gaining traction in winning your case rather than spinning your wheels. Liked and subbed

    New subscriber here and I just appreciate all your videos so far, there has not been a bad or boring one! You break down and explain in a way that is interesting and have something that is going to be great one day, a larger audience if only more people knew about the value here! Thank you so much. Many of us are trained or even have years of experience but there are basics that we can utilize and practice and review always along with the many new tips you offer. Excellent work!

    You definitely deserve more subscribers. I just discovered your channel 30 minutes ago and I can already see how good your content is. I really liked your videos about law school scholarships since I knew almost nothing about that topic.

    When are power points allowed? Summary Judgment or just trial?

    • @LawVenture
      @LawVenture  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Typically at any trial and hearing. Just be sure that everything on the Power Point is admissible -- especially for trial. You don't want to have a slide showing something inadmissible, which ends up risking a mistrial. For this reason, you may need to give the other side a copy of the Power Point in advance so that any issues can be addressed outside the presence of the jury. Hope this helps!

    I'm just wondering the whole time I'm watching that how come a young lawyer like you have so much tricks in your bag ( sorry, not politically correct:)

      Haha I appreciate the question! I’ve been taught by so many different lawyers, judges, and coaches. Plus, I’ve read a ton of advocacy books. So by combining other people’s experiences with my own, I’ve been able to learn pretty quickly
