    This guy is excellent. Too many people think that if they don't have a big boisterous "fighter" they don't have a good attorney. In reality, the best attorneys know how the soft shoe works.

    Omg you are a bless, I am defending myself in my trial coming up next month . This DA is just looking for a higher conviction rate on his record, instead of finding out the true. I am going to win this case and then sued my ex for punitive damages and mental abused. Thank so much . I don't know anything about law, but I do like to learn new things everyday. I am bringing the element of surprise on the table. 🙏

    Ive spent the the last 5 years an over 100k in court with my X as shes tired to get custody of our now 8 year old daughter, her new boyfriend has way more $ than me to , but after a little over 5 years an 4 shity lawyers your videos an me as my childs lawyer an by the way im not an attorney, im just not the pos drug addict an abusive parent , that constantly gets caught in lies an disobeys every state guideline an court order ! Your awsome man an ive watched an read so much over the years an honesty i feel like you have helped me more than 4 lawyers an over 100k spent ! How much do i owe you bro ? LoL cause your worth every dime !
    Ps my X an her lawyer are shady theyve tried everything possible an her lawyer used to be a prosecutor an ADA in California, were in Indiana ,but the last over 2 year custody battle this fool declined to even cross examine me lol he did not want me to even open my mouth i still had a lawyer at that point before i decided i can do better than my at the time lawyer or the previous 3 i fired for not doing their job . Because no 1 knows my case better than me an no 1 cares more about my childs well being better than me !
    An by the way he attacked my family ,
    my 2 adult kids ,my mom
    DCS workers, my daughters teacher an the school sheriff lol
    but after 5 years he dont wont me talking at all !
    im calm cool an destroy this fool in court i should have been a lawyer i wanted to!
    but i retired at 23 , thank you crackhead who was driving a semi an hit me head on lol an my IQ that was 136 when i was in 2nd grade
    By 3 my youngest daughter could read , write , do basic math , an so much more shes amazing an despite all her mothers bs shes going to be ok !

    POLL: Which one do you think is more important -- Cross Examination or Closing Argument? 🤔🤔

    • @trialstud
      @trialstud 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I enjoy my closings. In our jurisdiction very few cases go to Jury trial.

    • @trialstud
      @trialstud 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      In closing in front of professional His/Her Honor my objective is to humanitize my client and second to break a pattern.

      Both about equal. I’d give a slight edge closing argument because it brings all of the important information together.

    I wanted to kindly ask you if I can request in my trial to bring the DA on the stand. I want to cross examine him. Can I do that ?

      You need to use a criminal attorney, hopefully a public defender should be assigned to you.

    7:58 Regarding getting witness to admit, Legally Blonde (1st movie) commits that offence. Elle got a witness to crack under cross-exam and confess that she killed her father. In reality it doesn't work that way. The witness would just stick to her story, and let the jury draw their own conclusions from Elle's theory with perms and showers.

    Enjoying these videos, however - why would I believe a loved one met Bono just because they said so? Why would a person credulous enough to form their theories of the world in such a fashion be a good candidate for being on a jury? You seem to be describing a world where money or freedom hinges on a storytelling contest + a popularity contest.
