There were some interesting "figures" in some of those rocks. I saw - a ghost in the one at 6:20; an eyeball at 10:32; a fish in the underwater shot at 10:44; and a road map at 18:20. I thought those large boulders with the lines of other stuff running through them were pretty dang cool too. I like sitting and absorbing the energy that rivers give out too. I just don't get a chance to do it very often. I think that's why I like to go fishing so much, not so much for the fish but the water energy. Yep. Good visit, Mr. Nate. Thanks.
Nate, I'm blessed that you shared that too. The open, honest and deepness is communication to all who hear. I'm listening, these are my peace trips, thank you thank you thank you too. ( I was thinking jade-ish too)
Nan... we all seem to be drawn by his family and the open honesty they share. I grateful as well. A 3 +years of watching. I'm happy that it brings you serenity as well.
I use to go hounding around the Klamath River and pass by the area your at in this episode. Never got a chance to 'hound' the spot your at.. but it's on mt bucket list.
Hiya Nathan, I always did love green stones, green, red and blue I can't help myself, my eyes go straight to them 😉 Beautiful spot for picking Beautiful stones. I'm glad you didn't hurt yourself when you slipped on those rocks, I noticed there's a lot of rounded rocks, they will roll right under your foot. So stay safe out there, and I hope you have a awesome blessed day. Cya! 😸🐟out!
There was that layered piece, almost round, fist sized....that would tickle Jesse if he got it in the mail. It's along way to Australia though.....😁 ♥️🇨🇦♥️ Really nice rocks... I could sit & stare too!
I love a green stone you found awesome ones I love the eyeball looking stone it's really different I would just sit it on display somewhere in your house 😊❤️🙏

Oh I'm so excited watching this video! I've been blessed to get the opportunity to take my family on vacation this coming summer! A dream come true for us! Traveling from Montana and plan to travel through the lower tip of Oregon on our way to California. We will be starting at the top and going down south! We've decided to travel by RV so we can truly experience the beautiful state. No hotels and camping along the way if possible. We love looking for gems, agates, petrified wood, and so much more! Any suggestions, ideas or cool things you think we should do it see would be way cool. I've also been looking up waterfalls as we really enjoy mother! nature
So I had to revisit this spot too.. I'd be lost for days listening to the stream. And looking at all of Gods canvas.... some amazing specimens Nate. Thank you for taking us along. I sincerely hope all is well in your world. You bring so much joy and contentment to the people who watch your videos. I'm missing the whole family at this time. But I'm not picky I will watch what is available....lol thanks again.
hi ! so glad to know you were there, its a very special place to me,.... where I go to heal. sorry about the names , I actually used to call it Shasta city ,and the one south of the lake we called old Shasta, but im not sure which came first, my first times through I was a kid so it all got jumbled up and I still mix all the names up, : ) that is where I get the serpentine that is almost jade like, hope you filled up on the water , happy journeys !
I fi d to s of serpentine, jade and some nice chunks of black jade. We grind it to shape for cabs and polish with dremel. Just got some grinding and polishing wheels, so this ups our game. Havent used them yey
So Dam funny cause the real Jade in that River Does not even look like Jade at all. Some one posted a picture of one they found near me and the Skin completely obscured the Jade.
Do you ever find or suspect jadeite? All the green stuff I find looks beautiful to me, and it seems like there’s always varying density. So I never really know what I’m holding. Probably doesn’t matter much if I’m just tumbling it, but curious anyways.
yes the more I learn the more I question, so I often wonder on the greens, sometimes its easy sometimes not, I hunt for Beaty so any green thats holds a shine is just fine : )
outside Mt.Shasta City , Lake Siskiyou, the beginning of the Nat forrest where the rivers feed into it on the back side. W A Barr rd. stay near the lake there are claims farther upstream.
From W.A. Barr rd, take North Shore Rd, follow to end of rd, which is about 3+ miles, & U will find the Sacramento River Headwaters...Very Beautiful! 🌈🙏🌹💜🙏
What the heck ??!! You literally fall for rocks!! 🤗🤭. Glad you didn't hurt yourself. Can't have you laid up with no videos being made!! I know this is year old but still had to harass you!
I actually tore my rotator on this trip, and was just able to start raising my right arm above my head with its own strength about 5 months ago, feeling strong now. i get hurt but it dosnt stop the quest , things grow back, I just stay in motion.
Wonderful! Green rocks, a rushing river and beautiful sunset over the mountains! Wow! Thx

I love the rock that looks like a big eyeball
Pretty, pretty, oh pretty, and pretty....
12:20 If you took that piece home and cut it, it likely would have had a lot of translucent green inside.
I love the layers of 11:06...
Love this video thanks im so excited!
Look for the light , the translucent green...I need to return, miss it bad.
Beautiful conglomerate and at 6:22
I collect rocks to I've been doing it for years about 10 years.
Much love bro! Your travels and reflections are great. Your knowledge is needed and useful!
If you want serpentine Butte county has it everywhere we have whole mountains of it that Id call alligator rock mountain as a kid lol
Next time I come down I'll bring you some Serpentine and some Jade.
The far bank of that river looks like a decent spot for some gold panning! Do you tumble the serpentine? I bet it would look awesome

I love to fly fish some of the arms of that stream.
When does serpentin become Jade?.. That one specimen at 13 minutes 50 seconds looked like an arrowhead.
