Hello mam... Hamne apne baby ko 16to 24 month ka vaccine 16 month pe krwa diya tha... But nurse ne use vaccine chart pe mention nhi kiya... So 4 yrs pe hmne vo tika by mistake phir laga diya... So mam please bataye koi side effects to nhi hoga na bacche pe
