That's crazy! You say he 'disappeared' but it looks like he just spiraled and became a shut-in like Howard Hughes. He wasn't a hoarder in the common term - he just lived in his bed, ate a lot of fast food and drank water bottles....then the pee. That TV is a 2000's flat screen so he definitely was in there past 2005 or so. I wonder if his body is desiccated somewhere in there...wild.
I was thinking the same exact thing, 100% his body is in one of those rooms. The condition proves he never left the house, usually its near the bed or in one of the bathrooms.

I absolutely love that staircase and hallway leading to the living room. There’s something warm and inviting to it that reminds me of the late 90s to early 00s. Hard to describe but those nostalgic for this time know what I mean. It was a warm home-like upper class vibe.
That's a '93 M-5 with the tourist tag; he picked it up at the factory, drove it a bit in Europe. Then it got loaded on a ship in Bremerhaven and then shipped to the East Coast and he paid "Used car" importation tax. I lived in Europe for years, know all about this kind of stuff, "Gray market" cars when that was a thing (can spot them a mile away). A lot of stuff people get excited about & call "Exotic" I'm like "Meh"
This house looks like that of someone with depression, family photos but nobody checking up on the house might suggest a falling out to be the cause of this, dissapearances are often the result of people driving their car into a body of water, seeing this man liked cars and the supposed porsche that isn't there might suggest he ended it by driving and not stopping until he ended up on the bottom of some river/lake, everything about this place seems deeply sad, I hope the cat and the owner did not suffer too much.

And watching these videos I get the same feeling as you and I’d think I couldn’t resist taking something with me. Piss. The person who lived there became a hoarder, you can see they had 3 bathrooms but still choose to piss in bottles and leave the dirty toilet paper in the floor instead of flushing it.
Amazing. Whatever it was he had to leave quick and suddenly. It wasnt planned which is evident by the fully stocked fridge. I wonder if he was killed or something 🧐. Maybe he fled. There was definitely someone after something in order for the house to be so ransacked looking and in shambles the way it was. They probably found whatever it was and that was all they cared about.
