Shiny Regieleki is a rare Shiny Legendary in the Crown Tundra DLC that does not work with the Shiny Charm! We went over 1100 soft resets to ultimately find it and i'm so stoked we actually did! This is a great Shiny and one of the last legendary Shiny Pokemon I needed!

@@AEonLuxray it’s been confirmed by dataminers, certain static encounters have different seed generations therefore not letting the charm affect them. You got very lucky
This was the first legendary I ever hunted so it holds a special place in my heart…

@@kyledriver8224 you can select different profiles and send pokemon between them before accessing a save
So make a new profile or account cause I made a new profile and I dont have the passes
@@cathywulf7398 wait what?the dlc is installed on the game,not on your save,if you have the dlc,you can access it on any profile of the switch
He had to buy a new one because it’s a different game, you can make a new profile for shield but you have to buy the dlc again for sword it’s dumb
You can start a new file with a new username than add them to home than switch the profile to your primary username and no extra pass needed. If this is still aloud.
It is I made a second profile on my Nintendo switch and replayed through all of sword again just to shiny hunt regieleki after I got regidrago.

Imagine a glitch happening and a pokemon pops out of the master ball...That is like my biggest fear when I use my master ball lol I still always watch expecting it to pop out.
The crazy thing is. A masterball isn’t 100% lol I think I read something that said it has a 99.994% catch rate, which is about 1 in 65,000 or something like that. Basically it would suck to be that one person that has a masterball fail on a shiny legendary 😭

Such an underrated shiny! A great example of how less is more. Yeah just the rubbers change color, but the effect the white has makes the rest of it look so much more pleasing to the eye. The blue of the og kinda clashes with the yellow, but this just looks so elegant, and it really makes the pink "eyes" pop as well. :) Currently at 14k for this bad boy and I'm losing my sanity so I've been looking up videos of people getting it to hold me over and keep me sane lol

For anyone watching this in 2022. It is much faster to beat it and redo the puzzle than resetting the game for the soft reset.
The reason for why i dont got it aftet 14k reset is because other get it in few reset 😮💨
I got shiny regieleki under odds too. I got it after 1000-3000 soft resets, more or less, didn't count, and I failed one of the two shiny regieleki I encountered on the same day. I caught the second one with an ultra ball, don't worry, although I almost made it use struggle. Only had a few pp left.

You don't have to buy another DLC in fact, if you create another account for the same game, you can have access to the DLC, you just have to play until you get to the Regi, and BOOM you have the 2 Regis for only 1 DLC

I also like Regidrago's shiny design, too. Still has the red body, but has cyan colored arms & feet.

I hunted Shiny Zigzagoon for Oct-June and 790 encounters but no shiny

It's annoying that the den adventures only allow 1 catch of each pokemon, and there a sword and shield specifics... had to buy both and thennnnnn create a second account to redo the den for shiny encounters on both games, such a mission

Nothing affects there odds. It’s a full odds hunt no matter what
I swear about 10 minutes ago I just entered the cave for the FIRST TIME. LITERALLY IM SHAKING…. FIRST ENCOUNTER SHINY REGIELEKI LIKE WTF… FIRST ENCOUNTER HOWWWW??? No shiny charm either. How is this even possible? What are the odds of that happening..
Pre shiny charm I got 5 shinies through Dynamax Adventures, including shiny Lugia I got just going through on random legendaries. Now I've got the shiny charm I'm hoping for a few more 🤞🤞

I might be wrong about this as I havent hunted like this in swsh in a while but isnt star sparkles on a shiny that isnt masuda a 1/16 chance? I might be wrong but I think I'm right.

Not for static spawns like the legends, it's 1/16 square much like the eggs, so getting a square shiny legendary puts it at around 1 in 65k iirc. Also, due to a bug, the chance of a wild Pokemon being star is actually not 1/16 either, it's a misconception. In the wild, it's going to be square 4095/4096 times, which means finding a star sparkles in the wild is pretty much as rare as getting a shiny itself. So an actual wild star shiny (4096 x 4096) is probably something no one has lol. I think I've only seen one instance of it and I'm not even sure that was real.
Massive kudos for this one. It's such a rare shiny to have. But you'd never know it on ladder, because it's so easy to cheat.
