Hi Jeff, How can I configure Door striker to Intercom door station and with phone ? We have tried to connect door striker and open from Monitor command but didnt work (striker manually works fine but through monitor command button doesnt work.
Consult section 3.11 of the user manual (page 27) - you'll need to install _iDMSS Lite_ on your 'phone (the same app as used for other Dahua devices), then use the app to scan the 2D barcode to connect.
I installed a lot of Dahua Devices . CAM - Intercom - Access control ... Etc I only have issue with these 2 wifi models - other intercom models works great .. all the installation wired to POE Switch - All the network sitting is perfect my issue when i ring the intercom sometime it show into the screen and sometime not sometime it show to the screen but i cant unlock the door some time i can what is the issue ?? firmware maybe ??
I found the solution. Let me share it with you. Separate power suplier is not required. All you need is a PoE adapter which passes PoE through and at the same time it splits it to the 12V output like that one: abcv.pl/pl/p/Adapter-PoE-ASDC-12-124-HS-ATTE/25125 So all signal including power to the door station and door strike can be provided using only one RJ45 cable. It worked for me. If you use PoE injector with a good power suplier you can even use a normal switch without PoE I think (but I haven't checked it yet).
Jeff.. I've had mine setup as shown now for about a year, and now all of a sudden, I'm getting no notifications on my Mobile. I've reinstalled the app, and started again, and it still doesn't work. This is using P2P method. Everything else seems to work fine. Any suggestions? Cheers Jason

Are you able to do a video on the ability and setup if you want two indoor monitors?
A very big thank you for your help !
Do I need a separate power suplier to add a door strike or it will work once the station is connected via PoE only?
WIth this model you will need a seperate power supply - The output is a dry contact relay.
@@RhinoCoTechnology Thank you for your quick answer. I assume I can use a second cable with PoE for that?

I'm in the same situation too mate! Bummer.
Pretty unimpressed with the wifi capability of this unit. How is it the internal wifi is so weak when a simple wifi bridge works perfectly?
@Janna Super helpful, thanks fro the reply

Not so sure if it is a good idea plugging laptop into a POE switch
