For more information, refer to the Owner’s Manual. www.tesla.com/ownersmanual
For 2012-2020 Model S and 2015-2020 Model X, refer to the Owner's Manual for specific Autopilot instructions.
Autopilot is a suite of hands-on features. Autopilot features do not make your vehicle autonomous. Keep your hands on the steering wheel at all times and be mindful of road conditions, surrounding traffic, and other road users (such as pedestrians and cyclists). Always be prepared to take immediate action. Failure to follow these instructions could cause damage, serious injury, or death. Refer to your Owner’s Manual for the latest information specific to your vehicle.

The Tesla Model Y received the highest grade of any vehicle in a European safety test that ranked driver-assist systems like the automaker’s controversial Autopilot system.
The 2022 Model Y’s 98% score in the “safety assist” category, which evaluated safety technologies like lane-keeping and automatic emergency braking, beat out vehicles from automakers like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Lexus and Volkswagen.
Overall, the Model Y received a five-star ranking in the European tests, called Euro NCAP, which stands for “new car assessment program.” A five-star score indicates that a vehicle has excellent performance in crash protection and robust crash avoidance tech.
The Model Y received the highest marks of any tested vehicle in two of four test categories, and the second highest score in a third category - vulnerable road users, which focuses on pedestrian and cyclist interactions.
Tesla’s other vehicles were not tested, but its new models have the same standard driver-assist technology as the Model Y. In 2019, a Tesla Model 3 received an overall five-star score.
Tesla’s European version of Autopilot has more limitations than the US version.

Tesla needs to adjust braking based on inference probability. Just because the system detects a human walking near the car, doesn't require 30% - 50% braking force. Perhaps an initial 1-2% then increases if probabilty increases or stabilises.

Auto lane change needs improvement. Look in the mirror; you have clear space (three car lengths). The indicators turn on, but the car doesn't change lanes because the three car lengths are insufficient space. The other driver gets agitated and overtakes you because you gave a false signal thanks to "autopilot." Or, the car starts to change lanes and quits the process halfway through, and you end up becoming a dangerous driver doing panic maneuvers. Fix this first, then put up a new tutorial video.
