Did I celebrate TOO MUCH at Citizens Bank Park? City Connect action and brotherly love

- Dear Phillies fans: I'm sorry. I really am. I like your team. I like your stadium. I only wore Giants gear briefly to increase my chances of snagging a "City Connect" commemorative baseball, but hey, now that you know about these balls, go catch one for yourself! Whenever the Phillies wear their snazzy City Connect uniforms, these special balls should be used during the game. Hopefully this'll be a thing beyond the 2024 season, but you never know, so go make it happen ASAP.
As for the question about excessive celebrating, I think the answer is no. Can you blame me for being so happy? Also, my friend Ben (@benny_bang_bang) unexpectedly rushed down the stairs and sat on my lap. Is that MY fault?
As for the Phillies themselves, it was great seeing Bryce Harper up close along with Kyle Schwarber, Trea Turner, Alec Bohm, Brandon Marsh, J.T. Realmuto, and other guys too. It's crazy how good this team is.

I'd also like to tip my cap (a Phillies cap, to be clear) to the Philly Captain. As I mentioned in the video, he and I have had a little beef over the years, but when we happened to see each other outside the Team Store, he was really cool. His Insta is @thephillycaptain and speaking of beef, we've been emailing a bit and discussing pre-game cheesesteaks next time I visit Citizens Bank Park.
Fist-bump to Luke. He's the best. If you see him around the stadium, go say hi and mention that you saw him in my video. I bet he'll appreciate it.

It's nice you got to go to the Phillies city connect game and get a commemorative ball. I went the CBP the next night and it was my 30th MLB stadium. Of course, the fans only got 60 seconds of BP this entire weekend since there was no BP on Saturday or Sunday due to rain.
Ugggghhhhh, that's so annoying. Reminds me of a certain baseball game in Queens that I recently attended.

C’Mon Luke! The Logo on the ball is a take off on the Love statue in Love Park in Center City Philadelphia, except instead of a crooked O it’s the Liberty Bell. Also in the 20th Century I would have criticized ownership, but I have NOTHING bad to say about John Middleton. He’s been amazing.

Zach your videos are great....ive been to 29 mlb stadiums now...knocked off Wrigley April 18th or 19th(dont know exact date the first game i had Tix for was postponed Thursday to Saturday)....29 atadiums includes Old stadiums///Shea Veterans Qualcomm Turner....im still missing Petco Comerica Coors(ive seen the Outside but not inside) Angels Stadium Toronto....ive never been jnside the New Texas Stadium or the New Yankee stadium.....We definitely saw you at Chase Field early last season...me and a few other fans

Zack, I love The Philly Captain, as a great ambassador for Philly with Adam The Woo's visits, but it was pretty obvious that his grievance with you was petty. It's great to see detente between you two in The City of Brotherly Love. He's a fellow recovering drinker, and I remember my anger over real or imagined slights getting the best of me many times, leading to my lack of serenity, no harm to the person for whom I had a resentment. He may have realized it was only hurting him. God bless you both.

Hey Zach, nice video, but about the part about the gates opening late, that’s the first time ive ever heard about that happening at CBP. Our owner does care about the fans, and I think most times you can see BP but you just got unlucky
I have local friends in Philly who barely ever get to see BP. It's 65-minute gates for all 6:40pm games which is truly shameful.

More like 200M. But there are a zillion content creators now, and I'm just not peddling gimmicks or negativity, so the numbers have taken a massive hit. That's my theory. Plus I hate social media and don't really want anything to do with it. That's not helping my cause.

I had to just go on a deep dive to learn who the philly captain was. As someone from the midwest/south I see his "hatred" as anything far more aggressive than what people around here are like but what I would expect people from Philly to be like when they are messing around. Basically its intense but playful. But his 1 joke did get old quick.
