the star levels number is just a % increase in the numbers, or im understanding you wrong. The % numbers you see are not for research exactly but to show the baseline normal numbers and what i have (% increase between two numbers)
@@TripleGGaming when you maxed out your sh to lvl200 without parts & mods it reached T10, but when you added the parts & the mods you didn’t pay attention to the (18500 firepower) from T11 and the (21000 firepower) from T12.
Power grade bonuses, gotcha, those are incremental like vip or tech so it doesn’t add independently each time, from power grade 1 to 12 it just increases in total, so the delta is 2500 additional. But yes there are many things that add to the firepower and durability. Like for instance your officer assigned adds firepower and durability based on the officer level. Many factors…… I was just trying to show that in simple terms a unit that’s 40k power each personnel can be weak vs another 40k that has more tech/buffs

Привет у меня тоже такая же проблема огневая мощь колеблится но постоянно становится меньше даже если я улучшаю технологии и меняю чертежи на золото ++ тут что то пошло не так.
the new officer is obtained in the moscow - "theater of conquest" event only. So 13-22 will have this event in 1-2 months most likely, but im not 100% sure

in your calculation you missed up the grade bonuses, you calculated it as a research bonuses
