I can't believe you're doing 30 on a motorbike in flip flops. If anything were to happen where you have to put your foot down to get balance, you're screwed!
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) AHS-2008-15 expressly states that wearing flip-flops, slippers, sandals, or other equivalent footwear on a motorcycle is prohibited. This includes the passenger also. Closed toe shoes are required
It's a different ballgame out here gentlemen. The wild wild west in many ways. Hopefully you'll see for yourself one day.
@@SirMikeMiller The LTO also disallows tricycles on national highways. But nevertheless the highways are full of them and a real safety threat and annoyance. But checkpoints do not shut them down. They don't even stop and check the tricycles. This is the difference between paperwork and implementation. Even in case of an accident with a tricycle, don't bank on the LTO resolution. If you drive an SUV for example, you are considered that it's your fault by default. Even more if you are a rich pooreigner.
@@SirMikeMillerWhat are you, the po po! You better tell your fellow citizens not to put kids and infants on a moving motorbike! What regulation is being violated everyday?
@@Hybridflip-eg5hg like the dead girl that wasn’t wearing her helmet last Sunday between Valencia and Dumaguete.
Yes, definitely a beautiful cave brother not the best of the ones to swim in, but it’s pretty damn awesome. The view and the colors the openness is spectacular.
Did you take a plunge from the 40 foot drop at Buho Rock? If you don’t land correctly, it hurts somewhat. 😂
I did not as I’m not a fan of heights:)
@@CarefreeChris good times brother good times 🙌
I was looking into a 400ish with more suspensions for two, would be ideal I think.

Camotes Islands really is a "hidden pearl" in Visayas! The place where my asawa was born, now having our "home n:o 2" in Mactan but visiting there my Mother-in-Law and enjoying "easy living" there. Actually very nice to watch these familiar places from your "road movie" in Poro Island! At the time 4:22 this awesome Bogo hoi place is owned by my asawa`s relative and now soon coming for sale I did heard.
I absolutely love Camotes
Criss thats the thing she’s Philippina and ridding side saddle she wont complain.
Some riding skill for sure
That was an amazing trip! The Philippines is a great country to explore via motorcycle. New subscriber and look forward to your future videos.
Thanks for the sub! Really appreciate it
Great video Chris. I've ridden motorcycles all my life. I hope to join you guys over there someday!
I hope so too!
Hi Chris. Awesome video and what a beautiful place ! Can you help me with a question that I have. Is there a break-down rescue and road side assistance service for big bikes in the Philippines that you know of or heard of ?
None that I know of. It's mainly just relying on locals to help you out
@@CarefreeChris I have found the answer to my question a few days ago and I will share it here for the benefit of the biking community. In Cebu city, there is a bike shop called "Motology". You may already know these guys, Chris. These guys are great for installing accessories and carrying out maintenance on a big bike. And interestingly enough, they do have a big bike recovery vehicle, which is a pickup truck and the name of the rescue/recovery service they provide is called "Bike Ambulance". So, if your big bike breaks down anywhere in Cebu island, you give them a call and they come to you and fix the bike and if they cannot, they put it in the back of their Bike Ambulance pick up truck and take it to their shop in Cebu city to fix it. They said that they can also reach and cover islands near Cebu. The cost of recovery depends on distance. For example if you break down in or near Cebu city, recovery will cost about 2k pesos. I guess the further out you are from Cebu city, the cost will increase accordingly. Their service does not have a subscription charge and it is on an ad hoc basis. You only pay for a call out.
I’d definitely go with a smaller bike. The last time I drove that slow was on the Island of Malta.
Absolutely. Smaller bike is the way to go.
That cave would have been perfect for Pirates of the Caribbean.
lol for sure
There’s probably hidden gold treasures there…SOMEWHERE!
Cliff jump was great 😮 I assume the water temperature is always just right 😊
I haven't checked the water temps lately but I believe it's in the upper 80's
Wow great videos..will be there soon
Thank you. Safe travels:)
2 cams on your bike...cool!
Yes. Really setting up my motorvloging kit

Just a little:)
Looks like fun
Good times here Jack:)

Living the life!
Yes. Hope you’re doing great there too
@@CarefreeChris Im packing the house for the move to Cebu on the 1st. I need some advice. i’m a single dad with two kids with me. I’m afraid I won’t be able to have all the motorcycle riding fun like you guys. 😂
Can get help with watching kids and join on trips or can get a car and bring them with:)
@@CarefreeChrisgreat ideas! Thanks
Hi Bie
Hiya
Hi jack 😂
Jack are you excited coming to the Philippines?
Cool cave Chris! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Too much fun!
Just a blast
Looked like a nice ride. Loved seeing the water by the highway, looks awesome. The trees growing in the water looks cool too. Not too crazy about KTM, would rather have a Suzuki, prefer the Honda or Yamaha. The Royal Enfield seems like a great manufacturer also. Have been thinking about moving to Colorado Springs also but am not too crazy about living in the cold.
Awesome cliff jumping scene, looks like great fun. Thanks for posting, Chris...Jim
Some good bikes to choose from now. Especially with manufacturers putting out lightweight ADV bikes. As far as the Springs, it's beautiful but a military town for sure.
