I always enjoy Jo's lives, particularly since she does emphasise how important it is to FEEL at home in your colours. Having been draped several times and come out Winter, I have faithfully worn the Winter palette for decades now. But it dawned on me about a year ago that getting dressed in those colours felt like having to pick up a heavy backpack. I had to take a deep breath and steel myself to wear them. I don't like them and have never felt at home in them. Too much, too strong, too harsh, too artificial. As a very strong Natural, I find the Winter colours the diametric opposite of what I feel happy in. Maybe I'm just someone for whom this system doesn't really work.

I’d love to see Kettlewell make some clothing with waist emphasis. Something with curves in the structure. All of the items look very rectangular and only suitable for people with vertical length to their bodies or more angular features. I would look like a house in most of the Kettlewell styles. It’s too bad because the colors are beautiful!
