I finally figured out why all these shifty colors look familiar. They remind me of The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus! I think these would be perfect for Halloween. 🎃

SocietyNeedsToCrumble I have the colour of missed shift from Born Pretty and it is horrible. Takes ages to dry, smells really bad and you need 4 coats to get coverage. If you have the funds and like multicrome, buy holo taco. You really get what you pay for.
Yesss danny phantom is so underrated in my opinion. Sam's style speaks to me as well into adulthood too lol I'm actually cosplaying her! Last year I cosplayed as raven from teen titans 😊

I literally could not choose one, so I got the collection box. ZERO regrets on that, btw. I'm most curious about Purple With Envy and Chameleon Coat.

catherineliu06 I did too, and I just sent mine back. Once I had them in person and could compare to other brands of multichromes I already have, the HT turned out be really underwhelming 😕

Which brand for example?
Mitsuka Tatsuhada I compared to a few KB Shimmer and ILNP! The KB Shimmer blew me away in comparison, and HT was just on par with ILNP which is way cheaper. For the same quality I'd rather just pay less.

I love that you review these. Between Cristine herself you and Suzie I feel like I get a really honest and varied look at what these polishes can do. I never knew you could pick them over black for example. Considering October is pretty much now that gives me some nice dark vibes that I'm missing in my collection. Sorry I don't comment as much as others, but know I appreciate all your videos

I think blue ain't slick or purple with envy or a combo of both would look so cool as a galaxy with a holographic top coat or even some white dots for a night sky. Very beautiful polishes. A gradient with any of them would be cool too!
Sometimes, I watch your videos upside down. It gives me a different perspective and I can better imagine how the polishes would look on me 🤣. Also, thank you for adding the comparisons to the end of all your swatches, my brain loves it! You the best.

I got the whole set. Multichrome polishes are my favorite and I'm so excited Cristine came out with this collection!
I grew up with Avatar, followed it for the entirety of its run, and then some. I forced my roommate to sit down and watch it with me, and of course, being an old man, he was certain he wouldn’t be into it, and that he would hurt my feelings. After five to ten episodes, he decided he needed a stuffed Appa to sit with my stuffed Appa. By the end, he was crying with me, while snuggling Appa like a pillow.
We finished the series a while ago, but I was just crying the whole damn time. Thinking about it makes me tearbend. If you haven’t seen it yet, it is truly one of the best shows ever made with the best character development.

That missed shift reminds me of a mermaid color, I love it! I have an oil slick Chrome powder that I use, looks just like it.

Yeah, tbh I feel you on that. I am relatively new to nail polish, so I own absolutely zero multichromes. So, since I love Holo Taco and Cristine's channel, I bought the set. I'm feeling very unsure about Chameleon coat, but wanted to give it a try because I like green polishes and I own literally zero multichromes. But if I already had some, I probably would have passed as well. I also feel like Christine needs some color variety! Getting tired of all the similar blues and dark colors.
Suki Lenz I bought every one of her collections, this is the first one I’m not buying, it feels weird. I have a lot dark colors in my collection though. I’m with you on hoping to see some more variety.

These are so gorgeous, on your nails and in general 😍 I really love the way you did the lighting so we can see more of the shift at one angle, and you did such an amazing job applying them!! That’s definitely something I need way more practice with. I pretty much always apply any multi chrome, or even some indie brand holos/glitters, over a base too! Usually black, but sometimes I’ll just use a similar colored drug store polish ❤️ I was OBSESSED with Danny Phantom and still watch it every few years on Hulu!!!! I had the biggest crush on Sam growing up 😂 and also definitely was inspired by her style ❤️ I completely agree that that shows is life changing and just so amazing, it taught me things I didn’t even realize at the time! I was also beyond excited when Netflix finally added Avatar the Last Air Bender because that is amazing too, but has been way harder to find over the years!

Your hair/makeup looks amazing! I just redid my hair and I took the bleach way too high/close to the roots but it still turned out fun! It's orange/red and purple at the tips!
