@keepingitron3401 The female background singer Latina Webb, has been with him since the beginning (1996) and the guitar player. The guitar player Hod David has wrote and produced with him also. The organist Shedrick Mitchell has been with him since 2008. The band with him here has been his band for a little while now, with exception of the male background singer and the musician on percussion/ bongos.

@keepingitron3401 he had been off the scene 8 years before he came back and did that tribute on BET for Al Green.

Thanks for that. I couldn't remember how long it was but I knew he had been away from the music scene as a performer for a long time.
