Hello Eva, I got ambitious and made one of these for a swap! I love it! It turned out really great! I used paper I found at work, a couple of junk mail envelope, couldn't find one the exact size the you used. I embellished it differently than you of course and it's only 1/2 of yours. Thank you so much for the inspiration.

OH...I LOVE THIS ! I'm good with making pockets and flips and flops and slits and slots. Assembling it all is confusing to me. I know what I WANT it to be...but I often do things out of order, which creates problems at some point...lol.

Luckily I've got a book with few pages full of patents and all these law and advice instructions, but there is a lot of patent drawings on Pinterest and google images too 😉

The acetate pieces been printed on small monochrome laser printer Pantum 2020. The design was mine💖
Is this sport tape or spot tape? It looks like the first aid kit tape that you use for gauze whenever someone has a wound that needs to be covered, but I want to make sure that I’m thinking it’s the right stuff in case I just get that stuff 😂
It's sport tape, I love to use it as it's adhesive and really strong 🤩

Where on earth did you find ephemera from a patent office
Very nice but I feel like you really should’ve finished and made the book complete otherwise you could’ve just put all the ephemera in a box and mailed it to her
I appreciate your opinion, but I think I've decorated the book the way I like, the way where there is a space for Marlies to use her magic hands and make it as her own journal. I wanted to give her all in 1 🤩
