Hi Do u know what should i do when i auto fit the garment to my arvatar, it said 'only works for a simulated garment' , but i did simulated the garment before i fit it. thank you !
@@LLu-if2fx Yeah the auto fit tool is pretty finicky. What works for me is creating the fitting suit for both avatars and saving them separately. Simulating the garment over the old avatar and saving that as a project, then loading the new avatar and importing the garment into that scene and running the auto-fit tool. Keep trying stuff, you'll get it to work :)
Do you happen to have a more..... reliable method for resizing garments to other avatar's? The auto fit function just doesn't work at all with complex garments (at least not for me)
Not really, I think you'd be looking at resizing in Zbrush + re-unwrapping the pieces as a different approach but I don't think that's good either for complex garments.
Auto fitting feature is total garbage. It doesn't work at all. I tried the same outfit on different avatars and no success. What a joke. It also crashes from time to time.

I don't know why but Marvelous is the only piece of software that keeps either crashing itself or the entire computer, scary software
