- In this video AWS VPC Peering (What You Need To Know - VPC Peering, AWS Cloudhub, and AWS Transit Gateway) we give a brief AWS VPC tutorial. We cover networking skills training and networking for cloud computing. Understanding the VPC peering connection, and VPC peering connection AWS is a critical piece of cloud network training.
We go over the underlying concepts of AWS VPN CloudHub, AWS Transit Gateway vs VPC peering, and more to make sure that you have a good understanding of networking for cloud architect. AWS VPC Peering allows for secure communication between VPCs on the AWS network. In this VPC tutorial, we provide knowledge on the inner-workings of VPC peering AWS and ways to optimize VPC peering with CoudHub.

AWS Transitive Routing and Non Transitive Routing was explained very simply.
Thank you Derrick
Mike's videos are truly useful because each one of them explains relevant and important topics in clear and simple language!
Thank you so much. I really appreciate your kind message
Another phenomenal video, reviewing the key components of VPC peering. 🙌
Thank you so much 🙏
Thank you for taking the time to produce such great content!
Thank you Char
This was super helpful! thank you so much Mike!
Thank you Millicent
Thank you Mike...
Thank you Arif
Great explanation!!
Thank you Ned
Im new to AWS and so far this the best explanation i ever had after watching many videos and your English is very clear compared to others
Thank you. We have been architects for decades and we like to share our experience with others.
You're expertise and contributions to the community are very much appreciated. It's always a pleasure listening to what you and your guests have to say while I go for a run or drive. I love your passion, thank you!
Thank you so much Mario
Thanks Mike for another educative session on AWS VPC. I learned that the VPC is non-transitive routing. I also learned that in network engineering the iBGP and eBGP are the equivalent of non-transitive routing in the Cloud. Furthermore, I learned that in the AWS, CloudHub and transit Gateway both enable transitive routing between VPC by breaking the non-transitive rule.
Wonderful Obina :-)
Thank you for another great video!
Thank you Nick
Thank you very much Mike, helpful as usual
Thank you Geni
Michael, this video is excellent! I understood clearly what you were saying. Your explanations were clear and concise. Thank you for making this video and helping us all in our journeys. Much appreciated!
Thank you Kenya
i had a problem differentiating some of these concepts.Thank you for clarifying
We are so happy we could help :-)
Fantastic video Mike. I have my AWS Solutions Architect Associate Exam next week, and your videos are really helping me touch up on some important concepts! I have been following your channel for the last few months, please keep up the great work and teaching style.
Thank you so much. I’m so happy we could help
Great Video! Thanks!
Wow, so well explained. Thanks
Thank you!
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
#cloudhired
Great explanation on VPC Peering and hammering it in regarding non transitive and how to create a transitive environment when needed.
This was also was explained on the AWS advanced networking bootcamp which is free and extremely helpful. Thank you once again Michael.
#cloudhired
Thank you Rich
The video was very well presented and informative. I like the part where you can actually make the topology transitive if you are solutionining for a single company.
Thank you very much Ike
Thanks for producing this video. Mike.
Thank you Kenny
Needed this! BGP=Border Gateway Protocol. VPC Peering is non-transitive.
Abigayle - YES
Keep rocking bro
Thank you and will do
Thanks Mike another great video! Just need to confirm, at the end of the video you reminded us to be careful when setting up VPC Peering as everybody can reach everybody - did you mean Cloudhub/Transit Gateway where EBGP / transient routes are used?
Thanks for all your content it’s fantastic 🤝
Thank you. Anytime you set up VPC peering you open up your system to the other VPC.
So security is critical
you haven't actually explained how to get a hub and spoke transitive network using 3 VPCs.
Actually that was covered heavily in both CloudHub and transit gateway sections.
