How good are they roasting the coffee? I want to take a break from Sey and try something different. I like my floral fruity notes. Open for any suggestions.
It depends on what you're looking for but the best comps would be September and Subtext both in terms of roasting style and types of coffees they offer. Both of which have also been doing an excellent job on the roasting side as well. As far as House of Funk goes, they used to focus a lot more of the heavier/experimental coffees so the shift to washed has been interesting. Think they're still working through what they'd ideally like
