Both are great! Part-time is a nice happy medium! It's a great way to keep that job security too when you're ready to ramp back up to full time. Most employers are more understanding of this scenario. Thanks for watching!!
Great video! I definitely need a break from time to time. I usually go back to Europe to visit family and spend about 3 weeks there every year which is enough for me to reset and gain clarity ☺️
Thx for the interesting video. I work for myself doing smaller construction projects. I'm fortunate in that I love what I do and make some good money. Have also real estate in a high value city with good cashflow. I'm 61 now but I don't want to retire even though I could. I'm more into working a few less hours a week and take some breaks to see family and friends in far flung places.
I have been thinking a lot about this. Not just put my head down until I reach FIRE goal. Ive been considering keep building our passive income, and put together like 3yrs worth of expenses in a taxable account and savings accounts and just go travel a couple of years! Have been thinking a lot about this balance! Even got DrG' "Taking Stock" book next week.
I want to do one but my job is too good to leave 😭 literally best work situation in my industry. We have unlimited vacation but it's not enough for the things I want to do.
Great video as always. I’m considering moving to part time while my kids are younger. But I love the idea of mini retirements.

But how will this be any different from lets say if i go for a month long vacation? 🤔🤔
It has a deeper “purpose”. Watch my most recent video. I elaborated on purpose. 👍

Watched this video while on a mini-retirement, my 2nd one this year. 🎉❤ This will likely be my last one for a bit though.
That's awesome!! Any tips you recommend from experience?

how much does housing worth?: 4h ork week book says he paid 550$ / 330$ in penthouses. Is that possible?
Mini retirement is for anyone who can afford it or afford to. Anyone.
