Don't know if you have perfected you tea making process. I watched a video that showed after the rolling process of putting the leaves into a proofer for an hour or so to increase the process of oxidation. This will result in a slightly darker more flavorful tea leaf.
Hey. Greetings from CA, USA. Just noticed that your plant is a little iron deficient. Make sure to pick fertilizers with that in it. Good video!
I am fascinated by this.
Ahh,to roll the leaves,roast them,I am jealous!!
The marketing has me sold! Dutch balcony tea sounds amazin 👌
Hi, you missed an essential step. The tea leaves MUST be steamed after picking to lock in the flavour. THEN you dry.
This is so cool! I bought some tea plants and not sure what to do next. Lol. Your video has really helped
I am a bit perplexed, but I would definitely drink a cup of it.
This made me smile
Very fun video. Thanks!

So you made white tea nice
What is the lowest temperature in your winters?
Hi sarah, nice experiment guys
What a little oven. Is that a toaster oven? I have never seen one that small.
It is a normal sized oven for my country :). It looks smaller on the video but it holds medium/large pizzas's
🥰😂
It tasted raw because you did not roll/ferment the leaves
