My husband and I visited there for our anniversary in 2009. We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant up the hill, and enjoyed the views and the Koi pond.
Congratulations to the citizens who stopped the complete destruction of the hill.
Thank you for sharing our wonderful country.
On my next visit home, I hope to visit all the places that you have featured.
Blessings upon Blessings to you and your wife.

I went up in 1998 and passed by to Sando from Marrabella in 2011! Great to see a place I’ve been to many years ago! That heat! It’s freezing 🥶 here in the U.K. keep up the good work!
Glad you enjoyed it 😁and yeah it’s level heat on this side, can do with some of that cold…not freezing doh
I appreciate the effort you put into making this content my guy. It shows dedication and commitment which are very good attributes to have in the youtube business. I would've had to pray long and hard before taking on the climb up the San Fernando Hill😄😄👍👍
lol, thanks but it’s not too bad, just my fitness level was super poor when I did it 🙈

Nice one mate..brought back fond memories when I visit that hill in 85 right after I saw rikki jai video Sumintra when it came out. I was 14 back then. Much love from Shepherd Bush UK..bloody cold ❄ here. Bullocks!. Keep up the excellent content. I am a subby. Recommended by my friend Monseiur

@@TrinbagoVibes yes I'm a tourist in my own country...😂
Been to soong's for dinner in December, otherwise the last time I've been there was on a school field trip, i was probably 10 years old at that time. I'm 41 now
Over 3 decades now, wow, well hopefully you visit on top of the hill one of these days
That brings back some nice memories, breds. Nice to see your old stomping grounds. Big Ups 👊
Thanks bro 🙏🏽
I getting out of breath watching you 😂😂😂. Very informative video friend
lol, 🤣🤣🤣 glad you enjoyed it
Hiked up there years ago on that trail. Really a lovely view
Yup, it’s just the bush got overgrown at the top
Thanks
You’re most welcome
Are there guided tours of the hill, and if yes the cost, or you have to do it on your own?
To my knowledge there isn’t any guided tours of the hill, it’s open to the public to visit
Thank you for your reply.@@TrinbagoVibes
Never knew about that track but anyway i wouldn't advise to venture although very beautiful its not safe
Yup, These days you can’t be sure for sure, especially with our current crime rate
Awesome view bro
Thanks bro
❤️❤️❤️❤️🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽
nice job as usual. when was this shot?
Thank you, this was done around early September 2023 🙈….its a whole other story why I just dropped it, lol
Nice views . Did not know about those tracks, but the precipice though
The views are indeed nice and yes if you’re afraid of heights, it’s best to stay grounded
Vibes plenty changes, I was up there either 90 or 91 when it was opened and there was just a shed at the top. We also hiked to the top. Saw people who were doing things I can't mention here 😂❤.
I see what you mean about non maintenance.
What is your opinion on if the planners should have built a small hotel at the top to generate revenue to maintain the facility?
Or have a restaurant or have booths like a food court along with a souvenir shop? This would allow the facility to be self sufficient and create employment.
I do think the signage is insufficient especially with the steep areas. Security is an issue as there are many access routes.
You made some excellent points Ricky, and it’s under the jurisdiction of the government via the Forestry division, so it’s up to them what they do there…but it has so much potential…and yeah I know what you mean about the things seems that can’t be mentioned here, lol
theres a pool abandoned to the left on that trail you didnt go on you also missed a trail to the left of the natural tower ur selfie rock would like to see you highlight the basketball side of the hill below next time ok
Next rounds, I wasn’t aware of the trail next to the natural tower, nor the pool, some of the other natural ponds had dried up
Yh could climb that radio tower?
Negative, it’s surrounded by a security fence
Are pets allowed on San Fernando hill?
Yeah, cuz there is no sign saying otherwise, once you clean up behind them you’ll be good to go
Nice, but please get in shape!!
lol, working on it
The trail at the fork leads down to the back of st Michael's area there by pres. Used to call that trail snake valley back in the days. Definitely don't recommend now, alot of spranger men in the area.
Oh yeah I remember hearing that name back in the days, lol and yeah there is also some questionable structures along there as well
Never went there
Hopefully you will one of these days, if not we’ll technically you went there via this video, lol
Fuss
Waaaaatsuppp Vibs?
Noice 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Dude are u ok , sounding real out of breath
lol, yeah…my fitness level was poor when I did this, I’m working on that all now
What hill? most of of it have cut, tragedy. Do your research.
Still had to go up an elevation aka up a hill to reach the top 👀and that’s what the landmark is called so 🤷🏽♂️
They destroy the hill. You were a little boy when the hill was the hill'
I remembered the playground from back then, could remember much apart from that in my youth days
Gotta work on your conditioning buddy 😂
Yeah bro, I’ve been working on it since then
Cool Runnings food is a no for me....
Ihu, but how come?
A waste of time be very careful not a very nice place
I would disagree, the view up there on a good day is beautiful and I’ve had lunch there a good bit of times. Forestry division does a good job keeping it maintained and safe, at least during the opening hours
