My First Guns!! I'm spanish shooter and hunter born in the Basque County (Aya-Víctor Sarasketa-Kemen-Lamber and many other manufacturers...) I shoot many Clay shooting, woodcocks and pigeons game great and reliables guns...many hunters and shooters love them in Spain.Great rewiew!Tnank you!
I’ve got a case hardened game version for rough shooting and pigeon decoying it does everything thing a gun three times the price does and at the end of the day if I scratch the woodwork I’m not going to cry about it . Fantastic guns for the money
I got my lanber in a will and the gun is wonderful! I've shot many a few cases of shells from it from trap and hunting and it's never failed. It is my favorite over under.
Thanks for your video. I liked so much. Indeed I've got a Lanber!!. But slightly different from the ones you showed. Mine is a model I don't remember exactly. It was acquired in the 90's or early 2000's. It is almost the same as the Sporter but with space (no ribs) between the barrels. It still works perfectly.
I love my Lanber and will never sell it, it has the most gorgeous dark stock and fore end. The feel, it's like an extension of my arm, it feels so natural to shoulder and never misses a shot. Great video, thank you.
I know exactly what you mean, I love these as you can probably tell! You can never beat a gun that fits. Thank you for your comment. Do feel free to subscribe or share to your friends via WhatsApp or whatever.
Bought mine in 2012 one last ones made guy in shop said. It was £800 brand new had thousands cartridges through it. Used for game and clays cleaned once in a while friends use it on clay grounds never missed a beat
Picked up a sporting delux for £275. My first gun less then 2 years ago. I love it and it will be part of my cabinet until ireach the finish line. Have had people be a bit dismissive as they wax lyrical about there 2, 3, 5 10 thousand pound guns. I ended up feeling a little sorry for them as none of them started with those guns and no longer have any of their first or early pieces. Mind you, they are the minority as most shooter I meet all have really good memories about every rough gun they ever had and regret massively letting them go. Great video. Thanks.
these are fantastic guns I’ve a late 80s sporting delux I love how they take features from other brands the lanber action is more reliable then a beretta every day of the week I still know people who highly recommend these as a starter gun there better then the current budget offerings
there is a lot to be said for reliability. Being able to grab my gun (Citori) and go shooting 50,000 to 100,000 shells and it's still works great with a simply cleaning day in and day out. I look at my gun as a tool, to just pound them clays
My first gun in 1989 . Returning to clay pigeon in 2019 I purchased a Lanber Expulsor (near mint). How does the expulsor rank in the Lanber family tree? Great video.
My first gun in 1978/79 was a Lanber Competition Sporting with 28" barrels and 1/4 and 1/2 choke. The top lever had a weird shape like a triangle. Great guns though.
Hi Matt, I want a gun for my sons birthday, the choice is between a Browning 325 circa 1989 or a later Lanber sporter, l have watched your videos on both guns but still can't decide, I've had a Lanber and 425 and they were both good guns. Is there anything that would tip it either way. Thanks for the videos, keep them coming.
Hi Great vid. What’s the model of the last gun featured in the vid. I’d be keen to have that in my cabinet. I’ve been out of shooting for 30yrs but just getting back into it and Iam swaying towards a Lanber Still not a bank breaker as a starter for clays and pigeons. Regards Nick

Not quite bullet proof... A friend had a fireing pin break on the range... Pin bedded in the shell never went off but couldn't break the gun open... Without doubt the most harrowing drive home ever... No doubt not the norm but put me off going near them lol

Exactly that!
@@PremierGunsDoveridge yes sir
Another informative video, i always thought of the Lanber as the working man's Browning, bullet proof.
Good way of looking at it!
They are fabulous shotguns. Had one for a few years ,used it for pigeon shooting.

Yes I had one years ago it was great multi choke .I also liked Laurona the later ones were bomb proof .
Absolutely!

You are right Sir
Es Muy Buena Escopeta Altamente Recomendable .❤
Nice vid! All the info i was looking for as just bought my eldest one for his first to start busting clays!
I have only just started shooting and I already love this gun and would love to get hold of another one that's in good condition
Yep, its worth giving the shop a ring as we might be able to help, 01889 565982
I just got a semiautomatic 12ga I really wish I could find more about it and the value
Such a shame nobody bought them and continued to produce them, great guns, as reliable as a beretta all day long
Absolutely. Thank you, people did buy them but yes, sad story...great guns
I remember them well.
My first new shotgun was a lefthanded lanber sporting deluxe .
Great gun!
great vid - I've an old Lanber Ibargun - still puts lead down range and hits the clays :) Still recommend lanbers though - great kit
Good stuff
Use to have one myself great little gun for the money
Absolutely

Thank you. Any Lanber is better than no Lanber in my book!
I have owned a Lanber for several years. A very informative video. So sad that the factory is no more

I think I remember the shape you mean... take care and thanks for commenting

When was the Lanber Baron made? Can’t find anything on the Baron?
Just picked one up seems well made and its in very good condition, just don't know what model it is ? Has engraved bird on either side
If the Lanber is black with gold birds its a de lux sporter. Otherwise it could be a Lanber game gun. Hope this helps!
It's the latter 👍
Hi Matt, very interesting and informative
Thank you glad you liked it 😃

Have one in game I will never get rid off it
