Making Chicken Meatballs

  • ‪@VrouwOlle‬ Juicy oven-baked chicken meatballs are easy to make (only with a few simple ingredients). Mix all ingredients together and before you start rolling meatballs, wet your hands with water (I fill a bowl with cold water and dip my hands into water from time to time. Meat won’t stick to your hands). This recipe is low-fat.
    Don't forget to preheat your oven before baking to 180 degrees (C) = 350 (F), 10 min.
    Baking time 35 min, 180 degrees (C) = 350 (F). Bake mode - top and bottom heat. Middle oven rack.
    You can simply cut spring onions without putting it into a blender and grate a carrot by using a box grater (if your blender is not enough powerful). I use a blender of 550 watts.
    Ingredients for 6 medium-size meatballs:
    Ground chicken 300 gr
    Oatmeal 1 tablespoon
    Carrot 1 small or ½ of a large one
    Spring onions 1 or 2
    Salt, spices and herbs to taste
    1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil to grease your baking pan (I used sunflower oil).
    My baking pan’s size is 27 cm x 18 cm.
