Study in Europe with Scholarship | Biomedical Engineering | Erasmus Graduation Video

CEMACUBE is the Common European Master's Course in Biomedical Engineering. In this program, you get an opportunity to study Biomedical Engineering in 2 top-notch European universities in 2 countries and receive 2 degrees. Every year a handful of 4-6 students are selected in this program from a pool of more than 100 applications from all over the world.
You can choose to study at any two of the 5 partner universities. These 5 universities are:
1. RWTH Aachen, Germany
2. University of Groningen, Netherlands
3. Czech Technical University, Czech Republic
4. Trinity College Dublin, Ireland
5. University of Ghent, Belgium
You can also choose to specialize in either Medical Device Design, Tissue Engineering, or Medical Engineering. You also get an opportunity to attend a summer school in August between the transition year from one university to another.
CEMACUBE started as an ERASMUS MUNDUS program. However, over time, the funding started to come from ‪@EITeu‬ Hence, it was rebranded and launched as a separate program. As of 2022, this program is no longer running. However, you can find several Erasmus and ‪@EITeu‬ courses on Digital Health and other healthcare-related courses.
It was during the Summer School of 2019, I got an opportunity to meet my fellow batchmates from other universities. The 7 days of the summer school were lots of fun. We got an opportunity to gain industrial perspectives in medical device design.
