Dude, even on your so called " not motivated days" you get a lot of shit done!!! Just do what you do man! Thank you for sharing your vids with us, much appreciated!
You probably dont care but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all of the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been watching with my gf for the last weeks =)
Lovin' the green Brent! Very fitting!! Everything is coming together nicely!! I breathed a sigh of relief when the back bumper and hitch came off lol. Cleaned up the rear completely! Boss Hoss is standin' proud!!
Morning Brent, the I H is coming along nicely, I was on Facebook yesterday & seen a 1940's Fargo cabover on a 1 ton? Chassis, think it had a rool back bed, very nice black paint, would be nice to have, but I would be scared to death of scratching it...your conversion is just as nice...be safe..God Bless!!!!!
No matter how bored I got in the shop, I still loved being there instead of being yelled at in the house "We built" that shortly became "hers only" so its go to your beloved shop an give me space.... wish I'd known what I know now. Would of got my priorities better I think. I was surprised when the distance on the seats between them being so very little compared to room had by stuff in the back. I think its okay some short people who drive it someday will slide the front forward an then the back would be more roomy. Thank you for allowing me to come alone... it means a lot to this old man who's birthday numbers if counted would be super less than the biggest number number needed between the front to back. I wish that you would use western thyme music... instrumental stuff. Doesn't mater if you do or just leave out, this is good content
So happy Sunday afternoon Primetime Thanks for sharing Brent :-) Nice and full in the back with bumper off I like it. E Brake Is Kool and the green nice match You sure do have a good eyeball gas filler spot is just right. Had a back seat just like that. and a front one front had power put it in a 71 ford f100 very comfortable same color. You got a lot done Save the vent yea That was fun great Sunday!
Those splash aprons really set the rest of the body work off, and that shade of green merges the old original International paint tone with the customization and present day. Moreover, the green is relaxing to look at and implies "Have a nice day."
Get rid of the rear door wing windows, do a 1 piece. As for rear leg room, if there is headroom, raise the seat up a bit and it will take away from the lack of leg room. Truck is looking superb, Brent! 👌🤘👍👍
Yes I think the green color will be wonderful for this truck I know I wanted Smurf blue but hey there's always the Merc can't wait to see that thing happen and you know most of us Americans have never seen or heard of a Mercury pickup
I was looking at the INTERNATIONAL 200 trim on the cab and was thinking, If you have 2 sets you could cut the 200 up and make it say INTERNATIONAL 2020 . It would be a small little thing but would make people look twice when it was noticed... Love watching your videos.. Thank You..................
Years ago I built a Harley to take to Daytona Bike Week, I ran out of time and was unable to get the scooter painted before the trip... However, the frame and body parts were all in a light/flat green oxide primer something like the color SEM Products 39693 Self Etching Primer - Green. We decided to take it in its primed state and look for an appropriate color to paint it permanently down there... Much to my surprise people went crazy over the light green primer color while in Florida... Oddly enough I was thinking about how good that truck would look in that color... and was surprised to see you shot the green on your new body panels... sick minds think alike!
Pablo was saying at the first of the video......."Get to work, I'm ready to ride!" :-) Better ask him about the seats too. Bodywork by sledge hammer, I love it! Good work on these smaller items.
good job brò, the design is spectacular, and the details you add are wonderful..... This project is increasingly taking shape as a sculpture! can't wait to see it on the road! 😎
Nice save on the e-brake mount. Yes, mounting to the trans and the floor at the same time would have been bad. Nice project you've got going! I did something similar with the fuel filler on Ethyl. I used a filler door off an F150 bed and fit it into the front face of the driver's side fender. The trick is getting enough drop that it fills without kicking the automatic pump shutoff when filling the tank.
I like the seats, maybe extend the gear shift to accommodate the seats and you can still use the drink holder, " couldn't see it very well" . The vent windows are going to work out nice to.
Liking the color you put on the skirts. I'm thinking a tweak to a tad more olive will make it pop even more though. When the entire truck is painted, you don't want it to look pale or washed out at all. I'm finding TH-cam kind of boring these days but I'm always excited to see a new posting from you. Your videos are always interesting, so thanks for posting. Merry Christmas and may God bless you and the family.
Hi Brent. That tank looks like stainless steel , good choice as a old trucker I can say stainless is the way to go the steel ones will start to get pin hole leaks after 5 or 6 years.
Hey Brent I really dig that cool green for the bigfoot truck.shes really coming along nicely, keep up the good work and I'll be watchin.👍0h! Think about buckets in the front and extend the shifter a little.
Two single seats in the front and that big ole bench seat in the back so you have plenty of space to mount everything and maybe cup holders you can actually use
@@stevenwithanS yeah the reason I left the comment is because the middle seat would be very uncomfortable for the driver and passenger sitting in there and the cup holders the most essential thing for long trips and theres the lack of leg room also because of the big ole cummins sticking out of the firewall ;)
Love the sticker on your bin at about 15:50 mark...." please keep it organized "...lol...not sure how ya find anything...but hey your doing a fine job...nope....excellent job on that beast. Love it.
Olive drab would work nice. I always thought these big rig(ish) pickups would look neat with the paint schemes from big trucks. Pete, KW etc.etc.on the hoodsides and doors. The working vent windows for the rear doors is a huge win. Hardly ever see that. I'm with the two seat comments for the front myself. Tahoe, blazer kinda setup. Would make it seem bigger and give you a little more flexibility. Getting to be a great looking truck. Thanks for sharing
Anderson Power Pole connectors. They are usually seen on electric forklifts. I use smaller versions on the winch on my trailer. Skookum stuff for sure!
@@notajp I use one on a pig tail on the battery of my motorcycle. But I had to explain it to the shopkeeper when I asked for it, as he did not know it by the name "Anderson".
You are one of those guys with junk everywhere around your shop. But it all can be salvaged for something else. I really enjoyed the video where it appeared that you were just laying that Buick roof on only to cut into the old roof so that it sat flush. I really enjoy your videos. My kin came from Canada but it was during the great expulsion of what is now called New Scotland (Nova Scotia).
/w\POOCH/w\ The green is awesome and ur notifications going off are hilarious... Really dig the odd quacky reggae tune with the doggies at the end... they're funny also when we see them traversing them stairs!
I have 2002 Buick LeSabre seats in my 1954 Chevy 3100. They have been in there for 12 years. I wanted them for the built-in shoulder belts. They look like the ones you have.
yes I would love to see that all drab green color on the truck it would look awesome with some pinstriping or some type of mural type picture on it all would look beautiful.
Just a thought after working in a metal fabricating for over 40 years we normally make 1 or 2 foot test piece to avoid problems. We would normally work from the inside out. Bead roll first. Roll the long side then make the short bend.
Crazy silly idea. As big as the truck is. Paint it camouflage and put a sticker on the window that simply asks. CAN YOU SEE ME NOW? LOL. Lovin the truck build. Thanks Brent.
Always nice to have the dogs around the shop. Miss our larger dogs. Have a chug at the moment and she's just too small to be hanging around in the shop. Always getting underfoot and into things. The truck is looking good. Always something to do.
Some people like to put in a Y pipe into the gas (diesel) tank and install a filler neck on the opposite side of the truck, so you can fill from either side of the truck. It comes in handy in crowded gas stations. You have to build the Y pipe right though, otherwise it will back feed up the other side of the pipe and can mess with the trigger on the pumping handle at the gas station.
Need some thin back seats, rear backrest could be attached to rear of cab and thin front backrest will give more winder handle clearance. Maybe seats from a compact station wagon?
I think you'd want front buckets if your wife will be driving this thing so they have the adjustability. Win BIG points and make them heated! Your skills and "Not a problem" attitude are GREAT! Mod on.
When you're done with this project please make a time lapse version. I have a brother that doesn't have time to watch all the videos but I'm sure would love this build.
Hey Brent, Great video as always. Here is my opinion on a couple of things. 1) I was originally going to suggest army green for the paint. But then I realized, people would probably just mistake this truck for an Army made truck. This truck is far too unique to be mistaken for something that was mass produced on an assembly line. So I think if you paint this truck, it should be something that makes the truck stand out, like the 1 of a kind truck it is. So I say, go florescent green/antifreeze green. Or for a more menacing look, satan black, with Halfass Kustoms lettering on the doors. Why not give yourself some free advertising. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for entertaining us.
The design is incredible, and, your metal cutting, welding skills are insane. You are a real artist. Congratulations from France.
Dude, even on your so called " not motivated days" you get a lot of shit done!!! Just do what you do man! Thank you for sharing your vids with us, much appreciated!
haha think it took me 2 days to do the fuel filler.
Unmotivated days I wander around the shop and clean a little... so basically my shops spotless haha
You probably dont care but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all of the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been watching with my gf for the last weeks =)
@Magnus Lennon yea, I have been using instaflixxer for years myself =)
@Magnus Lennon yea, have been using instaflixxer for months myself =)
I think the green will be a great color for the truck it fits the build, the other mods are innovative
Lookin good
Paint it green and name it The Green Goblin.
Looks great, I think that the functioning windwings in the back door is an awesome detail that adds a lot to this build
Love that "Ooh, look at this!" as you discovered just the right piece of material among the assorted pieces.
I also like the olive or almost military green paint! Your positive attitude combined with your metal working skills are fun to watch!
Lovin' the green Brent! Very fitting!! Everything is coming together nicely!! I breathed a sigh of relief when the back bumper and hitch came off lol. Cleaned up the rear completely! Boss Hoss is standin' proud!!
Loving this Build Series! I prefer it over all my other channels that I Usually watch.
This is one of the best fabricobbled jobs I have ever seen. It belongs at one of them fancy Sema shows.
The satin olive would look pretty dang good! Vent windows going to work out too! Right on I dig it 👍

Great video
Love the way you explain The music you add and the craftsmanship is unreal. Thank you

Stumbled across your channel the other day.... love this build. Think I'll stick around to see how it turns out.
That green is perfect! The seats are looking like they belong. The whole build is coming along very nicely. Great work and thanks for letting us in!

I like the idea of green as well. A Maple Leaf on the front doors.

Awesome truck, gotta see this when its finished !
The green would look cool. I really liked the 10lbs body hammer you used on the back of the bed!
Hey there, turn the cup holder around so the cup holders are closer to the back of the seat. 👍
It's coming along well, looking great!
good job brò, the design is spectacular, and the details you add are wonderful..... This project is increasingly taking shape as a sculpture! can't wait to see it on the road! 😎
Yeah no headrests mate ,not a bad effort today considering you didn't feel like doing much ,love the truck Brent awesome mate thanks 👍 🇦🇺
Looks cool ! I need to ketch up missed this whole build nicely done like always

Clean’s up the tail end really nice by getting rid of the chrome bumper and liking the drab green.
Terrific build👍
Two single seats in the front and that big ole bench seat in the back so you have plenty of space to mount everything and maybe cup holders you can actually use
It sux when I go to leave a comment, and it's already there, lol.
Great idea.
I'll second (third?) that.

Excellent video & Dark Forest Green color with black pinstripes front to back be nice !
That drab green would look freaking awsome.
I’m enjoying your work and progress. 🤠
The truck is coming out nice and that green really fits that truck 👍🏻👍🏻💯🙏🙏🙏🙏

Paint it green call it the green monster .looking good 👍

Looking good. I'm getting excited about the finished product. Yes, camo green would be perfect. You're a metal work artist. Thanks. 👍😎🕵🏾♂️🍺🚙🎸🎵
Coming along nice. Will look amazing painted. Well looks amazing now
Just diggin this build... and the dogs are a plus too.
You are doing a great job the truck is looking good
Great update love the olive green paint idea. Gives a army vibe . Seats look great also in factory colour. Headrest look shit in old cars that's why.
Nice work so far 👍, I am really liking it!
Die hard International boys are going to be suitably impressed with your frankentruck.
I must say you are a wizard when it comes to building nice cars... green is nice color but silver with some type of black stripe would look good
Great fiddle 🎵 tunes....love your truck. It is One of One.!👍🌲👍
Looking awesome you have great work ethic and vision as always take care of yourself and my Pontiac
16:00 That's called an Anderson connector. Good stuff.

The green paint sounds good, those seats are great, I'm 5 ft 6 in so the back is great to!

The Country Blues of Truck.....
Wow 😲 it's came a long way. It's looking good it's one big truck.
You could extend the shifter to clear the armrest or even go ratfink style have the shifter mid windshield visible from the outside
Greens a great shade
Nice progress, love the olive green color, hope you decide on that.
I love this truck and your skills!!

Nasty works - but you managed it. Carry on!
Very cool truck.
Love the idea for the truck looks great
Coming along looks great
Don’t forget to round off the ends of the bed rails .( Seen that a few times on custom pickups ) love your stuff !
Just like I've said before! This is the best on TH-cam.
Looking awesome.
