Miyako composed this progressive power metal madness masterpiece. They thought that its gonna be very hard to play this live. But after a lot of practice they did it. And they play it live now on tour on every show. And people are going totaly crazy. One of my goals in life is to see them live for sure. This level od divercity, talent, dedication and shredding is once in a lifetime. Lovebites is the future of metal. Imagine how they will sound in 10 years if they are this good right now. That is terrifying!
Watched their whole concert on August 12th on TH-cam. Watched this premier of this song today. Asami reaching those high notes on SSS. My favorite song on JD album. It receives my rare 10/10. Now this one has a great audio mix. At 185 BPM you need to be wearing a seat belt watching this.
This song has everything; an epic chorus to pull people in emotionally (well, the whole song is epic), instrumentals and vocals pushed to the max, a space created for Fami to be Fami, while even Haruna got a spotlight as well. This is how it’s done. 10/10.
Variety is the spice of life and Lovebites is the spice, the variety of the compositions is there strong point in my book, epilogue, burden of time, swan song, scream for me, shoot ‘‘em down etc, all different, unlike some bands I won’t mention that I hear a song and think I have heard it but got a different title. Black sabbath, Led Zep, and Deep purple always had variety and they were not too shabby.

LOVEBITES has added a new masterpiece. Dynamic Voice's ASAMI has a wonderful belt. MIDORI & MIYAKO is speedy and the guitar technique is also top level. And the accurate and wonderful rhythm team of HARUNA of Fami & Drums, the bass guitar that supports them. I repeat this song many times🤘😎

We've waited 1.5 years (18 months, Feb 2023 - Aug 2024) to see this song live with post production. When it came out as the closing song of "Judgement Day", many shouted, "I want to see THAT live!". That were long 18 months, I've even seen this song live in Europe, after they've played "My Orion" instead in the previous show. I'm happy, that I didn't faint! LOL
Great reaction ! BTW, Lovebites is co-headlining the show at ProgPower in Atlanta, so it will probably be a reasonably full set. However, that show is already sold out.
Observations: Fami is now fully acclimated and is imprinting her bass lines on the music with graceful ease; If Richard Wagner can hear this, he is probably feeling as if death is now tolerable---this music was in his soul, but he didn't have the means to create this sound; this is 100% classically structured; this is not music that humans normally make; I know how we feel about this band and these ladies, so let's be sure to appreciate how fortunate we are to experience this fleeting moment in our lives.
I believe that the girls are headlining at the festival together with Amorphis. Seems like somebody in the arrangement comite is a big fan! I would assume it means 1:30 mins setlist.
Almost all of you who react on LOVEBITES compare them to band's from 80's and later. I do not want to mention there names. All of them just attack on me, they hate me, and what is worse, no one of Wolf Pack defend, they are not interested. There all messages on reaction are the same comment.
